    It accepts on port 25 submissions from MTAs
    and if you have a NymVPN subscription you can
    send with Nym Mailer to every email address.

    Once I have set-up again an endpoint server for
    the Onion Courier Mixnet then you can send with
    the Onion Courier Mixnet client emails too.

    iria.oc2mx.net is like every MTA not an open relay,
    where one is using telnet etc. to send emails. For
    NymVPN and the Onion Courier I maintain a blacklist
    and should these two services been abused I can switch
    to a whitelist too.
