President Trump has blasted reports claiming his top general,
Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine, advised him to abandon
plans for an Iranian military campaign.
'Numerous stories from the Fake News Media have been circulating
stating that General Daniel Caine, sometimes referred to as
Razin, is against us going to War with Iran. The story does
not attribute this vast wealth of knowledge to anyone, and
is 100% incorrect,' Trump posted on Truth Social.
'General Caine, like all of us, would like not to see War but,
if a decision is made on going against Iran at a Military level,
it is his opinion that it will be something easily won.'
Trump rubbished reports of a rift with his top general, hailing
'Razin' Caine as a 'Great Fighter' who leads the world's most
powerful military.
Blasting the media for 'purposefully' misrepresenting potential
war plans, the President denied that Caine had ever advised
against a campaign or suggested 'fake limited strikes'
against Iran.
. . .
Ok, MIGHT be pure ultraleft bullshit.
However blasting the current regime out of existence
has good, and bad, aspects.
You're not gonna end the Islamist regime in a single
day, this would be a weeks/months campaign. It WILL
get ugly at points, bad political 'optics'. The
MAGA people convinced there's no universe beyond US
borders won't like it. The lefties won't like it
either since they remain convinced the USA is the
Worst Nation That Ever Was.
There's no clear replacement regime either.
On the plus, the current regime is The Enemy and
has been for a long time. An overwhelming amount
of the current middle-east problems/violence is
sponsored by Iran.
In any case, we have two carrier groups in the
vicinity now and US/EU citizens have been advised
to skip town. Iran keeps playing delay delay delay
tactics, while intending to surrender nothing.
So, Trump IS gonna blast them ... maybe by the
week-end. It will start with the nuke sites they
are trying to rebuild ... but spread out from
there.
Alas the fanatical/brutal Revolutionary Guard will
be the hardest to target.
Most Americans, and, though they won't say it, a
lot of the EU, has NO problem with "Bomb Iran".
However what happens AFTER ... few want to go
into the devilish details.
