Dimon for $5 billion over claims of rCLde-banking.rCY
Trump has said the U.S.rCOs largest bank closed or restricted his accounts following the Capitol insurrection on January 6th, 2021. Over the

This has become TrumprCOs business model, since he owns the DOJ it doesnrCOt cost him anything to file bogus charges in courts against big
corporations with deep pockets. He is hoping they will throw a few
million his way to make him go away. He became the president to act like
the rCymafia donrCO of America.
In this case, the bank has taken the position to defend itself in the
courts. De-banking is a tool at banks disposal when their operations are
at risk by the activities of an account holder. This is not a willful vindictive action but an action to protect their good name and assets.
Trump apparently has signed an executive order banning de-banking, it
will not help him because it comes 4.5 years after Jan 6/21. Maybe his executive order was in anticipation of this lawsuit, he is very crooked
in such matters, very self serving.
