Without tariffs, the first year of the presidentrCOs first term saw a healthier economy

President Donald Trump regularly claims to have achieved unprecedented prosperity in his second term, which he attributes to his implementation
of the highest tariffs since the Great Depression. But no matter what
data points the president points to, his tariff policies appear to be
holding back the very prosperity he claims to have achieved.

So, by comparing 2025 to 2017, we can largely isolate the impact of the tariffs. Using such a comparison, TrumprCOs boast about all the good that
his tariffs are supposedly bestowing on America falls apart.

The poor economic performance at all levels of the economy over the past
year is a direct result of the tariffs. Most American imports are raw materials used in U.S. production.

Looking at the data from any major reputable financial publications
clearly indicates downward trend in the our economy. Trump is too stupid
(low IQ monkey) and very stubborn to correct his ways. This could lead
to economic disaster in the future.

This is one of the main factors Trump is down in the polls just below
the waterline, we could all drown. We are coasting along fairly OK for
the time being because Biden left us with a fairly good economic
situation. TrumprCOs fuckups will be felt in about a year, it is always a delayed reaction.

For Trump and his rich cohorts the situation is very different, money is raining down on them in torrents. Why would they complain about Trump?
Surely they donrCOt want to bite the hands that feeds them.
