the ayatollahs ?
The Iranian mil isn't the main problem here, it's
the Revolutionary Guard - the fanatics. They are
led by the top ayatollahs. Alas the Guard don't
make good targets, too dispersed.
The Supreme Ayatollah says he's activated a huge
reserve of ballistic missiles, aimed at what he
sees as enemies of the high holy regime. Some of
those CAN reach parts of Europe. However without
nuclear warheads they can only do SO much damage.
Iran MAY have a few nukes, but it's very unclear
whether it's managed to shrink them to ICBM size.
Nukes you can't deliver are useless.
