One industry expert said Trump's oil dreams are less about economic
prudence and more about distracting the public.

Maduro, President Donald Trump has bullishly predicted that American oil companies will eagerly rush to fill the fossil fuel vacuum, set up the necessary extraction infrastructure within 15 months, and start making

Industry leaders and experts are far less confident. Nor are they
unified in opinion or approach: while some companies have remained coy
about their thinking, several economists assert that no oil rush is forthcoming rCo unless Trump starts pressuring them to go.

TrumprCOs Venezuelan mission is clearly intended to distract form the
reality of Epstein files and his Jan 6 coup attempt which Jack Smith has resurrected when they hauled him in to be prosecuted.

The whole thing does not make any sense when there is a glut of oil on
the market. No oil company wants to go in there and spend 100s of
billions, it will be like shooting themselves in the foot, oil prices
will fall and less profits.

Oiligarchs see red flags with the Venezuelan oil situation. It could be
decades before oil can be pumped up to the level Trump is dreaming of.
Trump will get his cut upfront for awarding contracts to the oil
companies. It is always Trump first, he is all for himself a very
uncouth moron. Of course Trump himself will make billions. Similar to
his tariff escapade where he wanted major US companies to forgo profits
to give credence to his tariff nonsense.

I am sure the oil infrastructure in Venezuela has been dilapidated. This
was not caused by Maduro or his predecessors, the reason is American
sanctions. You need revenues to maintain the infrastructure, their
present oil output is only a fraction of their past output. Trump lies
every time he opens his orange mouth.

Decades and decades ago when American oil companies worked the virgin
oil fields in Venezuela, the country would get 20 cents on a dollar of
revenue. The people remained poor and destitute but the American oil
companies made huge profits. Trump is promising them the same deal again
when he says 'we are going to run Venezuelan oil'.

This is stealing the wealth of another sovereign country, plain and
simple. He is going to deprive them of their God given right to enjoy
the wealth on their land. Trump does not care because he is a racist who
hates the brown people of Venezuela.
