    oil tanker in the North Atlantic and another in the Caribbean, linked
    to Venezuelan oil.

    By reports, these tankers have been changing
    flags almost every day and spoofing their
    coordinates as well.

    However the US has sats that can SEE who is where.

    This whole "flagging" scheme seems very odd, more
    18th/19th century. Seems like the captain can pick
    the Flag Of The Day and it's supposed to mean
    something 'official' ......
