This IS the big hole in The Plan.
Currently the US mil is not "occupying" Venezuela.
We snatched The Boss, but there are a bunch of
2nd-tier wannabe bosses - and they'll likely do
exactly what Maduro was doing since that was
making them so much money. The 'infrastructure',
the 'pattern' Maduro created still exists and
is easy to perpetuate.
If we had 50k heavily armed troops there THEN we
could boss everybody around, but with NO troops
it's just not clear how we change things.
