Terrifying body camera footage captured the moment a brazen
shoplifter tried to shoot a police officer at point-blank
range inside an Ohio Walmart.
Police said that the culprit was only stopped from carrying
out the heinous shooting because his weapon appeared to
malfunction.
Trouble arose when Shane Newman, 21, and Katarina Jeffrey,
23, were allegedly caught trying to steal from a Walmart
located in Canton on Thursday afternoon.

Yep, they're already in the store security office,
cop shows up and the tat-neck perp suddenly whips
out an automatic and tries to shoot the cop at
point blank range. Apparently he didn't work the
safety right. This gave the store dick a couple
of seconds to rush and slam the little shit.
