As the final hues of autumn linger in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the
200-person community of Churchville, Virginia, is grappling with the
    loss of its health clinic.

Gone are the days of seniors walking down the road from their house to
    see the town doctor.

Augusta Medical Group cited the health care provisions in President
Donald TrumprCOs signature legislation, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act,
for closing the rural clinics in Churchville and two other locations.

This is the start, many clinics across the country will close. Many
people will die because of no healthcare, Trump is the murderer, he
loves to kill. These are the people who got conned by Trump after voting
for him. Why were they so gullible?

Now he is talking about putting money in the hands of the people so they
can buy their own health insurance. The amount is about $2000, wow how magnanimous of the orange clown. How far will that go or How much
insurance will that buy? People with certain preexisting conditions will
    be rejected, a death sentence.

You are blaming the BBB, politicians, and president Trump rather than the medical situation this community has put itself into.

IMHO the ACA was never needed and was simply a way for the Obama Administration to take everyone's money, buy votes, and perhaps disguise
the costs of healthcare even further.from the people that use it as well as those providing such healthcare services.

Remember that such communities as well as the larger ones need to pay the bills for a healthcare system run by the government and those in it. The government just inserted itself into your lives and you accepted it even though such a system was unnecessary to begin with. Ask your healthcare providers about it. Did they provide better services at a better cost to
you? Did they like the government's new rules and ways of siphening your
    hard earned money?

FYI my family includes roots from such small communities. Several were
also healthcare providers like doctors and nurses. We still do.

If you need healthcare find your local providers and use them. They'll
likely accept whatever you can provide. Getting rid of the government involvement changed a few things, just like the ACA did. Get used to it. President Obama and government promised you changes.

40+ millions of Americans are enrolled in ACA (Obama care). These people
are enjoying better health as a result. Trump has always wanted to gut
ACA since his first term. BBB has provisions it it to cut ACA.

Trump is gouging the people left and right (tariffs) and cutting jobs
(DOGE) for frivolous reasons. If given a chance, people would prefer to
work and pay for their own health insurance, there is dignity in doing
    so.

Good many doctors in the health care system are crooks just like Trump.
A lot these voodoo doctors are only interested in your money. If your
pockets are empty, you get the boot out the door.

Trump caters to the health-mafia and the pharma-mafia, he loves it when
they stuff wads of cash into his pocket. Recently, he made a moronic
statement where he said drug/medication prices are coming down 100,
200,.... 500%, I hope you didnrCOt get sucked into that bullshit. 100% reduction means free medication, 500% reduction means they pay you to
    get the medication.

DonrCOt worry about me, I have been enjoying good health care service for decades but there are millions who can not find affordable health care,
we can not kick these people into the gutter and pretend America is
great again. Only the orange orangutan seems to think so.

I am surprised you did not throw in words like commies and socialists.
