Just tried to look at the LM forum, and I can't get past the
login/register page as a guest (using Firefox or Vivaldi). The page shows:

    Who is online:
In total there are 3589 users online :: 63 registered, 4 hidden and 3522 guests (based on users active over the past 5 minutes).
Most users ever online was 5463 on Sat Jan 03, 2026 1:37 am

If I login, I can view the board index and all the posts. Oddly, when
    logged in, the page reports:

    Who is online:
Users browsing this forum: Jeff Layman, MintBerryCrunch2017, SeppoH and
    6 guests

Anyone else having problems logging in as a guest? And why the
difference in "Who is online" when logged in or not?

Firewall. Hmmm. Things are twice as good, if you set them on fire.

By the way, you're supposed to wait until the flame goes out on your
Sambuca before you drink it. You do not want to end up as a
Sucuri Firewall by making handling errors. A new hire in one of my
groups, ordered one of those at lunch.

No, you snuff the flame w/ your hand (be quick) and inhale the vapor
(beneath your unburned hand) before you shoot the shot.

Put 3 coffee beans in a shooter and add the sambuca. Light the
sambuca and let burn for 10 seconds or so. Cover the glass with your
hand to extinguish, then inhale the air underneath your hand. Drink
    the shot.

BTW, I'm not sure about the 'reported' 10sec timing.

There are two different ways to burn your hand; lingering hesitantly w/ trepidation 'during' the snuff - OR - letting the flame cause the rim of
the shot glass to become so hot that you burn your palm on the glass rim.

I can't even get to the login page this morning. There's a slightly
different message to that which Paul saw (and I didn't see that yesterday):

Anyone using other access to LM such as social media? Perhaps there's something on that, but I don't have any social media accounts.
