This is a fun item. Windows-Linux.
I put it on a USB and did a live boot (ventoy). It's kubuntu with one hell of a good
theme that makes it look like Windows 10/11.
It's really is a unique experience. Not saying I'd run it, but if you know KDE then this
isn't too hard to work around.
If you have a spare usb drive, it's worth a live boot.

You can google WinUX.

There's also AnduinOS:

What is AnduinOS?
AnduinOS is a custom Ubuntu-based Linux distribution that offers a
familiar and easy-to-use experience for anyone moving to Linux.

Problem is, or so I've read, there's only one guy working on this
project.
Another thing newcomers to Linux learn is that you canrCOt always just take, sometimes you have to give back.

I also like to sample numerous distro/s, it is somewhat of a turn-
off for me for a distro to choose as its forte' to look like Win.

one whose 'purpose' was to look like a recent W10/11 based on Kub, or
one that was based on being a rolling Arch.

My only thought was that the theme put on top of KDE, and maybe some
mods to apps, made the system look and feel rather close to Windows.

These days, probably most of the linux users don't code at all, so their support would have to be in the form of such as documentation or maybe webforum (or usenet) support.
Do you know if it is based on Plasma 6?
Wine Stable shipped with improvements for PowerTools
For example, if I were 'tasting' KDE distro/s, which would I boot first,--

I could care less if anyone wants to jump ship from Windows, or if they understand what's under the hood etc.-a It's just fun to look at.

Perhaps a clue as to their target audience ...
