D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser refuted today Trump's claims of rising crime,
saying that violent crime in the district was at a 30-year low. In a
press conference this afternoon, Bowser said that Trump's steps were rCLunsettlingrCY but not without precedent.

Metropolitan Police Department data shows violent crime, homicides,
assaults and carjackings are all down in the last two years.

It's declining because the black Democrats in charge changed what is a
crime and what isn't. If it's not a crime, it doesn't get prosecuted or reported.
