Did you notice that the steering wheels were on the right side of the vehicles?

It's as if the person "filming" has the camera directed into a mirror.
The printed text on t-shirts and on the door of a pickup truck are
backwards, like when you look in a mirror and try to read letters on
your own shirt or a badge. Later in the video, in Chicago, the steering wheels are on the left side and the print is no longer reversed. You are
very observant.

apps, as far as I know. It's a "mirror" or "flip horizontal"
option.
