The MagaTurds are just as bad as the Leftards. Both "parties" are pure
    evil.
The early founding fathers worried, and warned of the shit they could do.
We are now living in that predicted hell.
Maybe dissolution of the United States will be the best possible
outcome. Certainly best if the only alternative is remaining an
    authoritarian dictatorship.

Not when it comes to churlishly denigrating one's own homeland.

    Yes, Uniparty certainly is!

True, the wimmen lost us a Republic, as Franklin foresaw.

And they're on their way to leading a global migrant meltdown.

    Into what?

Certainly best if the only alternative is remaining an
    authoritarian dictatorship.

And you think 5 or so autonomous mega-states proposed would not be prone
to the same, and with no hope of Constitutional recourse?

Conservatism means saving what's right, not flushing the baby and the
    bath water.

At this point, it doesn't much matter. Things have deteriorated to the
point of no recovery. If the nation recovers rather than fails, it will
have so many cracks, defects, and leftover political booby trap bombs
that it won't be able to last very long.

It's Ok. If you study history, all nations fail. They rise, rot, and
    then they fall.

    Maybe it's just our time.

Perhaps not, in fact perhaps a spiritual recovery is already in
    progress, seeded by the Creator.
If the nation recovers rather than fails,
it will have so many cracks, defects, and leftover political booby

Interesting book but I call BS on his theory that the Norse abandoned Greenland because they wouldn't eat fish.

Interesting book but I call BS on his theory that the Norse abandoned Greenland because they wouldn't eat fish.

    Indeed!

    AI Overview
Over-hunting walruses contributed to the collapse of Norse ...
The Norse collapse in Greenland, occurring around the mid-15th century
after 400 years, resulted from a combination of environmental and
economic pressures rather than a single event. Key drivers included
    severe drought, PNAS rising sea
levels/coastal flooding, the onset of the Little Ice Age, and a
weakened economy due to the plummeting value of
    walrus ivory.

    ||Environmental Change: Drought reduced agricultural output, forcing
settlers to rely more heavily on stored food, which became
unsustainable. Concurrently, the PNAS Little Ice Age brought cooler temperatures, and increasing sea levels (up to 3.3 meters) submerged
    coastal pastures and farmland.||

And that right there, there's where our focus should be as we are on
the cusp of another ice age, and not a "little" one either, imho.

    ||Cultural Rigidity: Evidence suggests the Norse may have failed to
adapt to changing conditions by not adopting the hunting techniques of
the Inuit, who thrived in the same environment. ||

And so just as our pilgrims had to be fed by the natives, history
    repeats..
