    I find it interesting that Nick's inheritance has been cut off before he's found guilty.

    BTW John du Pont, the wealthy heir, used a mental health defense,
    attempting an insanity plea for the 1996 murder of Olympic wrestler Dave Schultz, but the jury found him "guilty but mentally ill," rejecting
    full legal insanity and sentencing him to 13-30 years, with him dying in prison in 2010. The defense argued paranoid schizophrenia, but
    prosecutors successfully contended his mental illness didn't meet the
    standard for legal insanity, leading to the unique verdict.

    Why does anyone aside from the family care? Their money, their choice.
    Seems the choice is not to piss it away on fancy lawyers.
