    Wrong, as you usually are.

The customer MAY be served if (a) you feel like making 99 burgers and
    (b) overtime pay is authorized.

Otherwise, tell the customer, "Sorry, it's too close to closing time
to make 99 burgers. In fact, we're not going t make even one burger.
But, there is one already made that's been sitting under the heat lamp
since 8pm if you want that. I'll even give you a discount-- $2.59
instead of $2.69. Take it or leave it."

But if they'ier not going to make the burger, not even ONE burger, then >>the

Yes, the store is open, and allowing people to finish their meals
before they store closes promptly at 10

Despite the fact taht closing time hasn't arrived yet.
They MUST follow the open hour's posted on the door, or CHANGE THE SIGN.

Wrong. They tell anyone coming in five minutes before closing to fuck
    off.

THEY CAN'T TELL ANYONE TO FUCK OFF UNTIL ACTUAL CLOSING TIME.

Who says? Maybe if you got off your fat lazy ass and got
there earlier? It's a private business and they can lock
the doors when ever they want.

If the posted closing time is 10:00, they are REQUIRED to open until 10:00.
If there is an emergency situation, they are reuired to post a notice on the door saying when and WHY they are closing ealry.

ROFLMAO The police won't even bother showing up, much less do anything
about it. If they do anything at all, they will drag you out into the
    parking lot and trespass you.

But fortuntely this isn't really a issue becouse most store's I know of >actually serve until closing time.

    You're lying.

Do kitchens close before the restaurants do?

In many restaurants, the answer is yes. While the doors might stay
unlocked until 10:00 PM, the kitchen often has a "last order" time
that is 15 to 60 minutes earlier. This gap exists because of the
logistical difference between the front-of-house (the dining area/bar)
    and the back-of-house (the kitchen).

Fast Food You can usually order right up until the minute they
close, but they may limit the menu to whatAs already prepped.

Casual Dining The kitchen often stops taking orders 15u30 minutes
    before the doors close.

Fine Dining They often have a "Last Seating" time. If they close
at 10:00 PM, they may stop seating new guests as early as 8:30 or 9:00
    PM.

Problem already solved. Tell people coming in five minutes before

Can't do that. If the store is open, IT IS OPEN and they must serve the customer.

    Right to refuse service.

Thier only other choice is, to close at 9:55. if a fast-food store that closes at 10:00 refuses to serve me at 9:55, I WILL BE CALLING the police.

ad the police will do what? Laugh at you and haul you off
    for wasting their time?

But fortuntely this isn't really a issue becouse most store's I know of actually serve until closing time.

    Wrong, as you usually are.

The customer MAY be served if (a) you feel like making 99 burgers and

Otherwise, tell the customer, "Sorry, it's too close to closing time

challenge, or try to divert from it.

Thier only other choice is, to close at 9:55. if a fast-food store that >closes at 10:00 refuses to serve me at 9:55, I WILL BE CALLING the police.

What do you expect the police to do? Unless the refusal is
because of you fitting into a suspect class, which would be a civil
matter, there is nothing law enforcement can do. Well, they can laugh
    at you, I suppose.

But fortuntely this isn't really a issue becouse most store's I know of >actually serve until closing time.

As you KNOW, but cannot be honest and admit, people can be
refused for almost any reason. And ordering an excessive number of
burgers a few minutes before close is grounds for legal refusal. No
amount of your feeding your well documented NEED to lie will change
    this.

It may have been a prank, and I kind of hope it was. But the
order being printed out doesn't tend to support it being a prank.

If they were already paid for, I'd say, make the burgers.
If not, I'd say go pound sand.

But, there is one already made that's been sitting under the heat lamp >>> > since 8pm if you want that. I'll even give you a discount-- $2.59
instead of $2.69. Take it or leave it."

But if they'ier not going to make the burger, not even ONE burger, then >>> the store is NOT open. Despite the fact taht closing time hasn't arrived >>> yet.
They MUST follow the open hour's posted on the door, or CHANGE THE SIGN.

Who says? Maybe if you got off your fat lazy ass and got
there earlier? It's a private business and they can lock
the doors when ever they want.

If the posted closing time is 10:00, they are REQUIRED to open until 10:00.

admit your mental illness is causing you to lie. If you wish to admit
this, you will either run away from the request, or attempt to divert

If there is an emergency situation, they are reuired to post a notice on the >door saying when and WHY they are closing ealry.

No law says they must be served.

they need to change the closing time from 10:00PM to 9:55PM.

    Problem solved.

They can do it however they want. It's a private business.

Incorrect. Even private business, must follow the law.

What law says they have to serve you? Show me the law.

Since Jenny is merely feeding his well documented NEED to lie, he
won't be able. People can be refused for almost any reason.
The exception would be because of the person being part of a
suspect class. If, for example, the customer is refused due to race,
that would be illegal. But, as Jenny KNOWS, but cannot be honest about
because his mental illness makes him NEED to lie, refusing for
ordering 99 burgers a few minutes before close IS 100% legal.

They can tell them at ANY time, even if they're just opening.

So long as the reason isn't due to the customer's inclusion in a
