Everything. Take the meat in what they call a "taco," for example.
It's not just beef and spices, they also add modified food starch,
Oats, Soy lecithin, Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Caramel color,
Yeast extract, and Sodium phosphates.
That's low quality. Yummy, though!
If you ever ate a real taco, you'd already know this.
