We think it's crazy how fast food restaurants do more assembling than
    actual cooking.
Meats are reheated rather than grilled, guacamole is premade in a factory, >and salsas
have more preservatives than fresh produce - that's just crazy.

I think it's crazy that there are still people in this country that expect fast-food to be high qoulity, gourmet style food.

Fast food is desgined to be CONVENEINT, not the best tasting. And not so
much lately, but before Bidon was president it was cheap.

there are Probably plenty of gourmet restourant's in your city where they
grow the potato's for your fry's in a garden while you wait at the table,
and fertilized it with your chef's own personal shit. But for the rest of
us that don't have the time, mcdonald's is just fine tasting.

We think itrCOs crazy how fast food restaurants do more assembling than actual cooking. Meats are reheated rather than grilled, guacamole is premade in a factory, and salsas have more preservatives than fresh produce rCo thatrCOs just crazy.

ThatrCOs why every piece of our chicken is marinated using citrus and spices, then fire-grilled over a low flame for 60 minutes. Our guacamole is hand-smashed, every single day. We slice avocados for our Tostadas and Salads. And our mouth-watering salsa fresca and avocado salsa use real tomatoes, cilantro, and onion. Because at El Pollo Loco, we actually think cooking is a good thing.

To us, doing anything different would be crazy.

I get an original Pollo Loco Bowl from time to time and itrCOs just like
why is it so tasty? Everything I get here is fantastic.

Hi visitor! Hope you enjoyed your trip!

El Pollo Loco, feels like one of the few places that offer cheap, healthy, rCLreal foodrCY. Very few can hit that mark.

IrCOm hesitant to ever eat any food from a drive through, except El Pollo Loco. Quite a high compliment for USA food chain. Only other two that
come close are in n out and chipotle. Not that theyrCOre even close.

We don't have El Pollo Loco here but we do have H Mart. There's a food court above the store. My wife had kim chee soup and my daughter had a meat jun plate.
A meat jun plate is popular in Hawaii but you won't find it served in Korea or the mainland. I can't eat a whole plate so I had a few bites of the two orders.

Are those pancakes the Korean version of chicken fried steak?
Which reminds me of the equally tasty Vietneamse pancake: https://delightfulplate.com/crispy-vietnamese-crepe-banh-xeo/
Vietnamese Crepe (Banh Xeo) is a bright yellow crispy crepe filled with shrimp, pork and vegetables. You can come across this tasty dish either as a snack or main meal in all three regions of Vietnam.
People in the North and the South call it rCLb|inh x|?orCY which means rCLsizzling creperCY. The word rCLxeorCY describes the sound the batter makes when it hits the hot pan. In the Central region, people call it rCLb|inh kho|iirCY which means people love to eat it and feel happy when eating it.
I learned how to make b|inh x|?o from watching my aunt cook it. The crepe only requires easy-to-find ingredients. Though the cooking method may sound tricky, IrCOm sure you can master it after one or two tries.
Which really is more of a crepe when you think about it...
