Soda doesn't significantly dehydrate you because the water content
usually outweighs the mild diuretic effect of caffeine, but its high
sugar content makes it a poor choice for hydration, often increasing
thirst and potentially pulling water from your cells, leaving you less hydrated overall compared to water. While you get some fluids from soda, it's not an efficient hydrator, and it can negatively impact health, so water is always best

The amount of caffeine in Coke is pretty small. Even with coffee, the caffeine is less significant than the fact that coffee is a beverage
that people drink when they are not thirsty. When you drink when you're
not thirsty, you over-hydrate. Caffeine also irritates the bladder. Alcoholic beverages are far more diuretic because alcohol suppresses the release of antidiuretic hormone. That means that I wake up at 3 AM
having to pee a lot.

Look at bottled water. When I make a long trip (couple
thousand miles)
I'll go through a few bottles and it is very handy. At home?
Never. I
drink water all day long, but it comes from the tap.
If your saying that pepole who drink water never get sick,
your a long way
from realty. FACT is, peaple who drink coke are healthy, and
some get sick.
Just like those who drionk water.
Bullshit. Sodas are shit.
Then why does literally almost every adult drink it with thier
meals, every
day?
Speak for yourself, I hate soft drinks and hated it as a
kid. Cola tastes abominable.
Sodas and colas have bittering and souring agents added to it
to reduce the sweetness, so a drinker does not taste the
large amount of sugar in the drinks.
If your trying to say that soda company's developed a taste that
nobody liked, or was a unsuccesful seller, your a complete idiot.
Todays sodas suck. Give me glass bottles and real sugar.
Ah Diet Coke. I guess you and Trump have a lot in common, he drinks
many cans a day.

Cane sugar, really good flavors.-a Returnable glass bottles.
Good as it was, I finally realized no soda is good for you and did
not need the sugar and anything artificial
Tea with breakfast, water all day, water or wine with dinner.
