scenario: A meeting of people in (iirc) the US (not definite)
discussing various aspects of the world gov't and the
way food, etc., is distributed.

After it's over a couple of participants are discussing
what went on, and one mentioned something like "did you
notice how well fed that (?Americn?) was? Bet'cha he's
not required to follow the guidelines".

Sound at all familiar?
