    Hi!

I have to take a C++ quiz tomorrow that prevents copy/paste.

    Any hacks against it?

    ciao..

disable javascript ... but that'll probably break the quiz

Doesn't FF have a setting which blocks the hostage-taking of those keys by up-to-no-good javascripts ?

And perhaps disabeling CSS will aready fix it ("view" -> "pages tyle" -> "no style").

    Hmmm... This perhaps ?

    work."

That looks useful. I use the add on Absolute Enable Right Click to
preserve access to the context menu.

ok, this setting breaks copy/paste on discord.com, but when I disable
the "beforeinput" event on the text input div via "Inspect" it works again.

    At least one step forward.

Will have the setting open in a background tab to try it ;)

Right click "Paste" makes no difference and I need it on youtube videos.

    ciao..

    OK, don't try it.

They use advanced monitoring for cheating, like lostfocus,
detect copy/paste, etc. even record everything you do,
    depends on their settings.

    ;)

Sophisticated tool usage is what separates us from the apes, but I don't
think "they" are going to accept that logic.

    haha

I read that some quiz websites require a webcam that checks:

    - you are in front of the screen
    - no other 2nd person is in front of the computer (to help)
    - it's really you (face ID check)

    LOL - I don't want to work for such a company ;)

I've had to do that several times but they were for safety stuff and not computer related. The kind of stuff where you make a mistake on the job
    and everyone dies.
