I think the closest thing to you want is the extension Secret Agent from <https://www.dephormation.org.uk/index.php?page=81>. This still works
with SeaMonkey 2.53.22. However, see <https://www.dephormation.org.uk/index.php?page=86> regarding Firefox.
I am not sure you can browse the Web while hiding your IP address.
After all, how is a Web server to know where to send the HTML and CSS
without your IP address?

The VPN owners get that info. You hide the info from your ISP, but the
VPN providers get it instead. Your choice.
You might use TOR, but...

I was not asking about Privacy Browsing. I was asking about when i
Search using Startpage.com and the Search results have a choice of
clicking on the regular link or on the "Visit in Anonymous View" link to
take you to the site. The anon link states your IP, DNS nor Location
will be shown. It is that 'anon' link that I wonder about as to its
true security.
