    That's different from what I read, which was something like a config
    file grew to have too many entries, got pushed out to servers around the world, then they noticed the number of entries was above a fixed limit
    and was killing their service ...

    Didn't they know or evaluate BEFORE-HAND all the consequences of the
    "change to database permissions"?? Did they simulate the change first? :)
