I have just run Nirsoft Wireless Network Watcher and amongst the list are several from Amazon, ie.

    https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wireless_network_watcher.html

    "Description

Wireless Network Watcher is a small utility that scans your wireless network
and displays the list of all computers and devices that are currently
    connected to your network.

For every computer or device that is connected to your network, the following
    information is displayed:

    IP address
    MAC address
the company that manufactured the network card,
    Optionally the computer name.

You can also export the connected devices list into html/xml/csv/text file,
or copy the list to the clipboard and then paste into Excel or other spreadsheet application.
    "

MAC addresses are bought from the IEEE in blocks, for installation
on consumer electronics. Part of the MAC address indicates who bought
the block of MAC addresses. MAC addresses can be copied and or reused
by unscrupulous businessmen making cheap kit. Since MAC addresses are
supposed to be hop-by-hop, they only need to be unique locally (so
some local equipment does not get confused). Sometimes the company name listed against the MAC address makes sense, other times, maybe not. If you bought three really cheap devices from an unscrupulous maker, they might all have
    the same MAC.

The IP addresses in your trace, are LAN addresses and not intended
for routing to the general Internet. My immediate guess is this is
a fabrication to scare people who don't know what (limited) value
    the scan has.

I would count the number of items and make sure it
matches the number of powered-up Wifi clients connected to your router :-)

Some Wifi media access controllers, stay in communication with the
router while the computer sleeps (there is a CPU inside the Wifi chip),
but this is a kind of keep alive function. Perhaps a
Microsoft Surface product with S0ic ACPI does this. (So-called Always On)
Other devices likely de-power their Wifi chip when not in some
    run-state.

I don't have a Wifi Router here, so cannot really reproduce this.
All I do here, is hotspots between computers. That's the limit
    of my RF emissions.

    *******

OK, I got one possible case that might come up. The Amazon Alexa
hardware boxes might have Wifi, and the Wifi in one of those (Echo or whatever),
might have a MAC bought by the company you are seeing above. Count
your mass of home automation devices and see if they are the items
in question. Maybe, in fact, you neglected to give us a thorough and
complete list of devices, showing all your HP and Acer computers ???
Snipping the list down to scare us, is cheating sir :-) If we had seen
the other ("regular") computers, this list would have made more sense
    at first glance.

Of course an Alexa box spies on you. It records your conversations!
Samsung TVs with an Internet connection can spy on you. There is
even a stupid washing machine with an Internet connection that uses
3GB of data per day or something. The world is awash with spying, and
home automation is a gateway device for this purpose. Even certain brands
of IP Cameras are spying on you (mainly because of their poor security features).

Yep, for wifi controllable "smart" light bulbs. You can control if they

Is your web browser configured to run background processes? That means
when you "exit" the web browser, it remains loaded until those processes
exit. Closing its window does not necessarily mandate exiting
    (unloading) the program.

In Edge, the option is called "Continue running background extensions
and apps when Edge is closed". Apps refers to web apps. Check your web browser's settings. I always disable this provided the web browser has
the option. Edge Desktop does. Edge Android does not, but then apps
don't unload when your close their window on Android until the memory is
needed for a newly loaded app, and an app isn't marked a service or
    sticky.

When you "exit" the web browser, check Task Manager to see if the
browser continues to run. Also, many users leave their web browser
running 24x7; i.e., they never exit. So, any add-ons in the web browser
could still make network connections, or you leave a web page loaded
    that keeps connecting.

Or, do you see the above network connections even after you exited all instances of your web browser (and the app is NOT still running in the background after "exit" which could just mean its window got closed)?

Using Amazon Connect, Alexa, or other Amazon device? What devices are
involved in your wifi environment? Could be one of those.

You could use SysInternals TCPview on your Windows host(s) to see what
process has which network connections. The above you show does not
point at what is the listener on you host for those network connections.

Assuming that your local network is using the 192.168.1.0/24 address

Sure. Once you find the devices, simply unplug them if you no longer

Network Watcher on this device(W11 Pro 25H2) finds 6 items.
My router, computername, printer, garage door opener, Alexa, and iPhone

I assume that these are 'back door' entries to allow Amazon to spy.
Is there any way of stopping them ? Task Manager shows no reference to them, nor does
    Nirsoft WiFiDiagnosticsView.

These are not 'back door' or anything else hidden, just devices
connected to the OP's WiFi LAN and also listed in the Web GUI for their router. Unless they are using an unsecured WLAN they must have
    deliberately connected each one.

Those are local addresses. You may be able to block the MAC's at
your router... my router can do that. But then you won't be able
to wifi from your phone to/from your dishwasher / lawn mower /

Yep, for wifi controllable "smart" light bulbs. You can control if

Could be geofencing. HomeDepot is in the USA. Perhaps they want to
block spurious online ordering from regions they don't serve.

There's enough info in the URL for you to parse out the particulars to
search in your region for a web site that doesn't block you, like
"philips smart light bulb". You could try:

    https://www.philips-hue.com/en-us/products/smart-light-bulbs

but that site is in the USA, too (on an Akamai server). Otherwise, use
a VPN or public proxy to overcome geofencing.

So the product is not really sure what technology it uses, it's just a $15 lightbulb.

What do Alexa, and other lazy boob appliances use for connecting to
wireless devices (where wireless means any means of connecting other
than hard wired, like Bluetooth, wi-fi, or even infrared)? If Alexa,
for example, uses Bluetooth to wireless devices, perhaps you can use
wi-fi from your phone at a hotspot to connect to Alexa in your home to
control light bulbs there via Bluetooth. That is:

When away from home: Internet to your wifi router to the light bulb.
When at home: Bluetooth from phone app to light bulb.

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wizconnected.wiz2

That says "over Wi-Fi or remotely through the cloud". The app's FAQ:

    https://www.wizconnected.com/en-us/support/faq#What_is_WiZ
"WiZ is a smart home system centered around connected lighting. WiZ
devices are set-up through your Wi-Fi network and can be controlled with
    the WiZ application ..."

Further articles mention using Bluetooth, but that looks to prep the app
and device to allow and setup wifi pairing between Wiz and the device.
Without the pairing, and if the light bulb allowed any wi-fi connection
to change its state, your neighbor using Wiz would screw up your
    lighting state.

"Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, and power on your light. Simply tap on
the prompt that appears on the Home Screen, and follow the steps to get
your light connected to your Wi-Fi."

HomeDepot is a hardware store. Their descriptions can be wrong. Hell,
I ordered a power-assisted toilet, and then sent me the old siphon
model, so I had to return the wrong toilets, went into the store, opened
the boxes, and checked the tank had the air bladder to pressurize.

If the WiZ app only supported Bluetooth wireless connections, I don't
see the point in toting around a phone to unlock it to load an app to
turn on a light when the wall switch is right there when I enter the
room. This is an superfluous layer of technology. However, turning on
your lights while driving home, or when pulling up your driveway has
some attraction, like why you have a remote control for your garage door
opener instead of getting out of the car to walk inside the garage to
hit the garage door opener button.
