I have Office 2019. I am happy with it but is is eol. So whenever I
formant my SSD, I will have to re-instal Office 2019. So just in case
MS stops the updates I need a offline way to re-install Offiice 2019
    updates.
Looked at WSUS, but sadly does not do this version. Is there any other
    way?

It's always a good idea to include the edition of Office.
Office 2019 Home or Home and Business or Professional or Professional
Plus. Please include this info if replying to this post.

If using Office 2019 perpetual version, then yes, new updates(security
and program) ceased in Oct 2025.
If using Office 2019, its likely CTR(Click to Run) and required a
Microsoft Account to install and activate the product for use.

=> It does ***not** mean that updates prior to Oct 2025 are no longer available if the software is reinstalled.
Updates are cumulative and part of the last installation build
available from MSFT servers - which can still be downloaded.

Go to your Microsoft account dashboard, and if you're not already signed
    in, select Sign in.>
    <https://account.microsoft.com/services
    - Sign in with the Microsoft account you associated with this version
    of OfficerCirCirCirCirCirCirCi.

From the left hand naviagation bar, select 'Subscriptions'.
    - Office 2019 product will be shown under one of the categories(Subscriptions or Products you've purchased
Find the OfficerCirCirCirCirCirCirCi product you want to install, click the down
arrow to show your activation key, then select 'Install'.
Choose the language and the version(Default, 32 bit, 64 bit, Offline Installer)
*Default choice for a 64 bit Windows device is 64 bit.
If choosing the Offline installer, save the *.img file to your device,
once saved, double click the installer *.img file to mount(like an iso)
    and run the setup.exe file.

The installed version will be the last version and build available prior
    to Oct. 2025.
    October 14, 2025 Version 2508 (Build 19127.20302)
