• You are being deceived. Don't fall for it.

You are being deceived. Don't fall for it.

Those of you who believe in ghosts, are being deceived.
The common explanation that is going around is that they are dead
people who haven't moved on yet. Then you have ghosts hunters etc, who
try to help them move on. SADLY, THEY ARE BEING DUPED.

The Holy Bible says the dead are not conscience. Let me repeat that.
The Holy Bible says the dead are not conscience. Here's proof:

    -- King James
Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the
dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the
    memory of them is forgotten.

    -- King James
Ecclesiastes 9:10 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy
might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in
    the grave, whither thou goest.

    --King James
Psalm 146:3,4 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man,
in whom there is no help.
His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day
    his thoughts perish.

So the "dead know not any thing".
Dead persons have no "knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave".
The dead have their "thoughts perish."

Then who or what are ghosts?

THEY ARE DEMONS. They want to contradict the Bible, and fool humans.
Don't fall for it. True Bible believers know the dead are not
conscience. But they will be resurrected to life soon. (Acts 24:15)

Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (rCa), and God
    raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, ESV).

Exactly. Put that right by your disclaimer that what you are saying is
deceit and people shouldn't fall for it. That's why you add words like
"other" to deny Jesus is God. It's not to make it smoother in
translation, but to deny what you know it shows if you don't change the wording: He's God. You deny it. You're an heretic. Don't believe what
any "Jehovah's Witness" claim. They are not YHWH's witnesses, because
the New Testament equates Jesus with YHWH, but they deny it:

The disciples, in their inspired New Testament writings, accepted Lb|A-Cb|a (kurios) as an acceptable translation of God's name from the LXX, and
    applied it to Jesus Christ:

    1. Joel 2:32 raA Romans 10:13
rCo Joel 2:32 (LXX): rCLEveryone who calls on the name of the LORD
    (*Kurios*) will be saved.rCY

rCo Romans 10:13: rCLEveryone who calls on the name of the LORD
    (*Kurios*) will be saved.rCY

Paul applies this to Jesus in Romans 10:9, identifying Him as the
*Kurios* on whom we call for salvation.

    2. Isaiah 45:23 raA Philippians 2:10rCo11

rCo Isaiah 45:23 (LXX): rCLTo Me every knee shall bow, every tongue
    shall confess to God.rCY

rCo Philippians 2:10rCo11: rCLAt the name of Jesus every knee should
bow... and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD
    (*Kurios*).rCY

Paul applies this passage about YHWH to Jesus, calling Him *Kurios*.

    3. Deuteronomy 6:4 raA 1 Corinthians 8:6

rCo Deuteronomy 6:4 (LXX): rCLThe LORD (*Kurios*) our God, the LORD
    (*Kurios*) is one.rCY

rCo 1 Corinthians 8:6: rCLYet for us there is one God, the Father...
and one LORD (*Kurios*), Jesus Christ.rCY

Paul affirms monotheism and includes Jesus as *Kurios* within the divine identity.

    4. Psalm 34:8 raA 1 Peter 2:3

rCo Psalm 34:8 (LXX): rCLTaste and see that the LORD (*Kurios*) is
    good.rCY

rCo 1 Peter 2:3: rCLIf indeed you have tasted that the LORD
    (*Kurios*) is good.rCY

Peter quotes the psalm about YHWH and applies it to Jesus as *Kurios*.

    5. Isaiah 8:13rCo14 raA 1 Peter 3:15; Romans 9:33

rCo Isaiah 8:13: rCLBut the LORD (*Kurios*) of hosts, Him you shall
    honor as holy...rCY

rCo 1 Peter 3:15: rCLHonor Christ the LORD (*Kurios*) as holy in your
    hearts.rCY

rCo Isaiah 8:14: rCLAnd He will become a sanctuary and a stone of
    stumbling...rCY

Romans 9:33 and 1 Peter 2:8 apply this stumbling stone to Christ,
    identifying Him as the *Kurios*.

    6. Psalm 102:25rCo27 raA Hebrews 1:10rCo12

rCo Psalm 102:25 (LXX): rCLYou, LORD (*Kurios*), laid the foundation
of the earth in the beginning.rCY

rCo Hebrews 1:10: rCLYou, LORD (*Kurios*), laid the foundation of the
    earth in the beginning.rCY

The writer explicitly says this was spoken rCLof the Son,rCY identifying
    Jesus as *Kurios*.

    7. Deuteronomy 10:17 raA Revelation 19:16

rCo Deuteronomy 10:17 (LXX): rCLFor the LORD (*Kurios*) your God is
God of gods and LORD (*Kurios*) of lords.rCY

rCo Revelation 19:16: rCLKing of kings and LORD (*Kurios*) of lords.rCY

The title for YHWH is applied to Jesus, who bears the name *Kurios* of all.

The New Testament authors consistently affirm *Kurios* as the proper translation of YHWH and deliberately apply passages about the *Kurios*
of the Old Testament to Jesus Christ. "Jehovah's Witnesses" reject the
truth of the Bible, inserting lies into it.

Exactly. Put that right by your disclaimer that what you are saying is >deceit and people shouldn't fall for it. That's why you add words like >"other" to deny Jesus is God.

The Bible denies Jesus is God:

    -- King James
John 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come
again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go
unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

    -- King James
1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every
man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of
    Christ is God.

    -- King James
John 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I
say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the
Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son
    likewise.

    Also Mt 28:18,

"Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on
earth has been given to me."" (NIV)

That means that at one time in the past, Jesus didn't have that
authority. Not until it was "given" by God. If he was God, he always
    had it.

It's not to make it smoother in
translation, but to deny what you know it shows if you don't change the >wording: He's God. You deny it. You're an heretic. Don't believe what
any "Jehovah's Witness" claim. They are not YHWH's witnesses, because
the New Testament equates Jesus with YHWH, but they deny it:

We don't go by what men say, but what the Bible says. Not even what
churches say, since they are so mislead. For instance, they speak of a
God who tortures living beings. That defames God's wonderful name
which is full of love. (1 John 4:8) Love and torture are not twins.
Even common sense should tell you that.

The disciples, in their inspired New Testament writings, accepted L??? >(kurios) as an acceptable translation of God's name from the LXX, and >applied it to Jesus Christ:

False, false, and false. Your LXX is of a later date. An OLDER
fragment from an LXX contained the Tetragrammaton, showing it
originally had it. You fell for the deception of the superstitious
Jews who changed it later on. SEE THE GREEK CODEX ALEXANDRINUS OF THE
    5TH CENTURY.

    1. Joel 2:32 ? Romans 10:13
o Joel 2:32 (LXX): oEveryone who calls on the name of the LORD
    (*Kurios*) will be saved.o

Bad translation again. Here is a better one:

    -- American Standard
Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the
name of Jehovah shall be delivered; for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem
there shall be those that escape, as Jehovah hath said, and among the
remnant those whom Jehovah doth call.

"Lord" is a title, not a name. Your verse tells a lie. It is a shame
you don't listen. You will see the truth some day. Hopefully you will
    accept it.

o Romans 10:13: oEveryone who calls on the name of the LORD
    (*Kurios*) will be saved.o

That is a quote from the OT, it should contain what the OT said.
    Notice the more accurate Bible:

(Romans 10:13) For oeveryone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be
    saved.o (see Joel 2:32)

If I quote you, can I change what you said? That's what is happening
    in your translations.

Paul applies this to Jesus in Romans 10:9, identifying Him as the
*Kurios* on whom we call for salvation.

    See above

    2. Isaiah 45:23 ? Philippians 2:10u11

o Isaiah 45:23 (LXX): oTo Me every knee shall bow, every tongue
    shall confess to God.o

    - American Standard
Isaiah 45:23 By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my
mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee
shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

This is speaking of God. (Vs 22)

o Philippians 2:10u11: oAt the name of Jesus every knee should
bow... and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD
    (*Kurios*).o

Paul applies this passage about YHWH to Jesus, calling Him *Kurios*.

So what? They both deserve the honor. There is the Lord God AND the
    lord Jesus.

    3. Deuteronomy 6:4 ? 1 Corinthians 8:6

o Deuteronomy 6:4 (LXX): oThe LORD (*Kurios*) our God, the LORD
    (*Kurios*) is one.o

Here is a more accurate translation:

    - American Standard
Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: Jehovah our God is one Jehovah:

o 1 Corinthians 8:6: oYet for us there is one God, the Father...
and one LORD (*Kurios*), Jesus Christ.o

Paul affirms monotheism and includes Jesus as *Kurios* within the divine >identity.

Notice Paul speaks of TWO people. God "AND" Jesus. He doesn't say they
    are the same.

    4. Psalm 34:8 ? 1 Peter 2:3

o Psalm 34:8 (LXX): oTaste and see that the LORD (*Kurios*) is
    good.o

    A better translation:
    - American Standard
Psalms 34:8 Oh taste and see that Jehovah is good: Blessed is the man
    that taketh refuge in him.

o 1 Peter 2:3: oIf indeed you have tasted that the LORD
    (*Kurios*) is good.o

Peter quotes the psalm about YHWH and applies it to Jesus as *Kurios*.

That is a proper translation because Jesus COPIED God. And so it
    should be the same:

    -- King James
John 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I
say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the
Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son
    likewise.

    5. Isaiah 8:13u14 ? 1 Peter 3:15; Romans 9:33

o Isaiah 8:13: oBut the LORD (*Kurios*) of hosts, Him you shall
    honor as holy...o

o 1 Peter 3:15: oHonor Christ the LORD (*Kurios*) as holy in your
    hearts.o

Yes, Jesus copied God, so they were a pair.

o Isaiah 8:14: oAnd He will become a sanctuary and a stone of
    stumbling...o

Romans 9:33 and 1 Peter 2:8 apply this stumbling stone to Christ, >identifying Him as the *Kurios*.

Again, Jesus copied God in all that he did. (John 5:19)
Yes, he will act the same way God did at Isa 8:14. This is zero proof
that Jesus is God. (just like your other ones)

    6. Psalm 102:25u27 ? Hebrews 1:10u12

o Psalm 102:25 (LXX): oYou, LORD (*Kurios*), laid the foundation
of the earth in the beginning.o

Here is a more accurate translation:

    24. I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: Thy
    years are throughout all generations.
    25. Of old didst thou lay the foundation of the earth; And the
heavens are the work of thy hands.
    26. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure; Yea, all of them shall
wax old like a garment; As a vesture shalt thou change them, and they
    shall be changed:
    27. But thou art the same, And thy years shall have no end.

o Hebrews 1:10: oYou, LORD (*Kurios*), laid the foundation of the
    earth in the beginning.o

He is speaking of God, not Jesus. See Ps 102:24-27

The writer explicitly says this was spoken oof the Son,o identifying
    Jesus as *Kurios*.

Wrong. Verse nine shows that the subject jumped from Jesus in vs 8 to
God in verse 9. And still meant God in verse 10.

    7. Deuteronomy 10:17 ? Revelation 19:16

o Deuteronomy 10:17 (LXX): oFor the LORD (*Kurios*) your God is
God of gods and LORD (*Kurios*) of lords.o

Your translation is not accurate. Here is a better one.

    - American Standard
Deuteronomy 10:17 For Jehovah your God, he is God of gods, and Lord
of lords, the great God, the mighty, and the terrible, who regardeth
    not persons, nor taketh reward.

o Revelation 19:16: oKing of kings and LORD (*Kurios*) of lords.o

The title for YHWH is applied to Jesus, who bears the name *Kurios* of all.

Kurios is a TITLE, not a NAME. You keep missing that.

And yes, Jesus is copying God. So he would get some of the same
    descriptions.

The New Testament authors consistently affirm *Kurios* as the proper >translation of YHWH and deliberately apply passages about the *Kurios*
of the Old Testament to Jesus Christ.

You use a late copy of the Septuagint. Where they TOOK OUT God's name
and replaced it with the title "Lord".

And Jesus could not do things on his own, but only what he saw his
father doing. (that would make no sense if he was God)

It's hard to see you can't get these things. You are not stupid, and
have a good knowledge of the Bible. (well your version of it) You are
just missing the mark for some reason.

The New Testament authors consistently affirm *Kurios* as the proper translation of YHWH and deliberately apply passages about the *Kurios*
of the Old Testament to Jesus Christ.

The disciples, in their inspired New Testament writings, accepted L??? >(kurios) as an accurate translation of God's name from the LXX, and

    1. Joel 2:32 ? Romans 10:13
o Joel 2:32 (LXX): oEveryone who calls on the name of the LORD
    (*Kurios*) will be saved.o

o Romans 10:13: oEveryone who calls on the name of the LORD
    (*Kurios*) will be saved.o

Paul applies this to Jesus in Romans 10:9, identifying Him as the
*Kurios* on whom we call for salvation.

    2. Isaiah 45:23 ? Philippians 2:10u11

o Isaiah 45:23 (LXX): oTo Me every knee shall bow, every tongue
    shall confess to God.o

o Philippians 2:10u11: oAt the name of Jesus every knee should
bow... and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD
    (*Kurios*).o

Paul applies this passage about YHWH to Jesus, calling Him *Kurios*.

    3. Deuteronomy 6:4 ? 1 Corinthians 8:6

o Deuteronomy 6:4 (LXX): oThe LORD (*Kurios*) our God, the LORD
    (*Kurios*) is one.o

o 1 Corinthians 8:6: oYet for us there is one God, the Father...
and one LORD (*Kurios*), Jesus Christ.o

Paul affirms monotheism and includes Jesus as *Kurios* within the divine >identity.

    4. Psalm 34:8 ? 1 Peter 2:3

o Psalm 34:8 (LXX): oTaste and see that the LORD (*Kurios*) is
    good.o

o 1 Peter 2:3: oIf indeed you have tasted that the LORD
    (*Kurios*) is good.o

Peter quotes the psalm about YHWH and applies it to Jesus as *Kurios*.

    5. Isaiah 8:13u14 ? 1 Peter 3:15; Romans 9:33

o Isaiah 8:13: oBut the LORD (*Kurios*) of hosts, Him you shall
    honor as holy...o

o 1 Peter 3:15: oHonor Christ the LORD (*Kurios*) as holy in your
    hearts.o

o Isaiah 8:14: oAnd He will become a sanctuary and a stone of
    stumbling...o

Romans 9:33 and 1 Peter 2:8 apply this stumbling stone to Christ, >identifying Him as the *Kurios*.

    6. Psalm 102:25u27 ? Hebrews 1:10u12

o Psalm 102:25 (LXX): oYou, LORD (*Kurios*), laid the foundation
of the earth in the beginning.o

o Hebrews 1:10: oYou, LORD (*Kurios*), laid the foundation of the
    earth in the beginning.o

The writer explicitly says this was spoken oof the Son,o identifying
    Jesus as *Kurios*.

    7. Deuteronomy 10:17 ? Revelation 19:16

o Deuteronomy 10:17 (LXX): oFor the LORD (*Kurios*) your God is
God of gods and LORD (*Kurios*) of lords.o

o Revelation 19:16: oKing of kings and LORD (*Kurios*) of lords.o

You are taking a violation of translating honestly and correctly, and
turning it into an excuse for the translators. You are looking at a
4th century copy of the LXX. From that time onward, the copiers
REMOVED the Tetragrammaton, and INSERTED "Lord" in its place.

But there is an older fragment of the LXX book of Deuteronomy where
the Tetragrammaton is found in all the right places, SHOWING THAT THE
ORIGINAL LXX DID NOT EDIT IT OUT. Only copies of it later.

Notice it is just not me telling you this:

    " AI Overview
Early Septuagint (LXX) manuscripts often retained the Hebrew
    Tetragrammaton (
) within the Greek text, but over timeuparticularly from the 2nd/3rd
century C.E. onwarduscribes replaced it with Kyrios ("Lord") or Theos
("God"). This shift reflected evolving Jewish and Christian traditions
that avoided pronouncing the divine name, substituting it with titles
    instead.
    Key Aspects of the Shift:
Early Manuscripts: Findings like the Papyrus Fouad 266 confirm that
some of the earliest Greek Septuagint translations contained the
Divine Name in Hebrew characters (often palaeo-Hebrew or square
    script)."

So you see, you are hanging on to a lie. It is just as easy to believe
    the truth than a lie.
