OK to burn children?

What if a government said that it was alright to burn your children
as a means of punishment. You could take the child's hand and lay it
on a red-hot burner. You could torture the child with fire.The laws
that you lived under said this was permissible. How would you
respond?

Most people of good conscience would find this form of punishment
repugnant. They would be reminded of the atrocities committed by Adolf
Hitler under his Nazi regime.

Yet, many churches accuse the creator and ruler of the universe of
using such type torture to punish the wicked. And at the same time
they say that God is love. Was Hitler a man of love?

If a person tried to punish his children in the above manner, the
police of his local community would arrest him and throw him in jail.
They would tell him he broke the law.

Are man's laws more righteous than God's?

Certainly not! A God of love does NOT torture people in fire or any
other way, regardless if the churches teach it. A careful examination
of the scriptures confirms this.

Only God's arch enemy Satan the Devil, wants to put God's morals on
the same level of Hitler's. And sadly the churches go right along with
him.

Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (rCa), and God
raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, ESV).
