    Hellfire? Hell No!!!

Hell is not a fiery place. It is actually a cold, dark, grave. The
Rich man and Lazarus was a parable, and not intended to be taken
literally. Fire in the Bible can mean total destruction.

The churches approve of torture. They claim to represent a loving God,
yet support the idea of burning people alive forever. These are the
places that you give your hard-earned money to support. Without your
    support they would crumble.

But it is said that God must administer justice to the wicked. That's
true. And He does. But His justice is 'humane', not barbaric, cruel,
and brutal like the churches teach. Ask a priest or pastor if he would
burn his children for punishments. You know what the answer would be
for that! As well as the police.

Yet they continue to dishonor our Grand Creator by falsely accusing
Him of doing so. Guess where that disgusting accusation comes from?
    The Bible answers that:

    -- New King James
1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some
will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and
    doctrines of demons.

The Bible says that Satan rules the world:

    -- New King James
John 12:31 "Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this
    world will be cast out.

Based on the churches teachings, he rules them also.

But the churches say that the Bible teaches torture in a fire. They
twist the scriptures to support their teachings. Then they accuse God
of doing those things. How would they like it if someone accused them?

Just because a Scripture speaks of fire, doesn't mean it is always
literal. A case in point is the Lake of Fire in Revelation. It reads:

    -- New King James
Revelation 20:15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was
cast into the lake of fire.

The churches say, there you have the proof. But just back up a couple
    of verses. It reads:

    -- King James
Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.
    This is the second death.

Can death be burned by a literal fire? Can hell? Thus that scripture
must be symbolic. In this case, the Bible even tells you what the Lake
of Fire is symbolic of. "The second death"

The first death is what we all inherited genetically from Adam. We are
born, we live, then we die. But there is hope in the first death. We
all get resurrected out of there; i.e. hell:

    -- New King James
Acts 24:15 "I have hope in God, which they themselves also accept,
that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and
    the unjust.

But their judgment is not right then, because the apostle Paul said
that "the wages of sin is death". (Rom 6:23) Then he goes even deeper
    in Scripture:

    -- New King James
Romans 6:7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.

That is not high tech language that is hard to understand. It is
simple, but to the point. You die, your sins are removed. So those
resurrected in Acts 24:15 are SINLESS.

They will have the opportunity to prove themselves during the 1000
year reign of Jesus. Being sinless doesn't mean they will stay
sinless. And ALL humans need Jesus' ransom sacrifice:

    -- New King James
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Thus, the churches' fires of hell is soon going to be put out
eternally. And God's holy name will once again be free from the
    churches' demonic contamination:

    -- New King James
1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some
will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and
    doctrines of demons.

"What the Universe Tells Us About a Creator
The universe and the earth seem to be designed to make life possible.
Could they be that way because they were designed?
    Find Out". See jw.org (1/31/2026)

Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (rCa), and God

Gehenna is not "hell". Hell is the common grave of mankind. The Greek
word for it is Hades, not Gehenna.

Gehenna was Jerusalem's garbage dump, here fires were continuous
there. Thus it represented eternal destruction, just like the Lake of
Fire does. No one gets out of there. But there is a resurrection from
    "hell".

    - King James
Revelation 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and
death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were

Revelation 20:13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death
and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were

    Matthew 5:29

oIt is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole

Hell: the common grave of all of mankind.

The OT Hebrew word for hell, is "sheol". Jobe wanted to go to hell to
get relief from the pain. Job 14:13,

    -- King James
Job 14:13 O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, [sheol]that thou
wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest
appoint me a set time, and remember me! [brackets mine]

Who will grant me this, that thou mayst protect me in hell [sheol],

    Matthew 5:30

oIt is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole
body go into *hell [Gehenna]*.o (5:30, ESV)

Hell is Hades, not Gehenna. Here is a more accurate one:

    -- New American with Apocrypha
Matthew 5:30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and
throw it away. It is better for you to lose one of your members than
to have your whole body go into Gehenna.

    Matthew 10:28

oFear Him who can destroy both soul and body in *hell [Gehenna]*.o
    (10:28, ESV)

Yes, a soul can DIE. Also, Hell is "Hades", not Gehenna.

    Matthew 18:9

oTo be thrown into the *hell [Gehenna]* of fire.o (18:9, ESV)

    Hell is Hades, not Gehenna.

    Matthew 23:33

oHow are you to escape being sentenced to *hell [Gehenna]*?o (23:33, ESV)

    Hell is Hades, not Gehenna.

    Mark 9:43

oTo go to *hell [Gehenna]*, to the unquenchable fire.o (9:43, ESV)

    Hell is Hades, not Gehenna.

    Mark 9:45

oTo be thrown into *hell [Gehenna]*.o (9:45, ESV)

    Hell is Hades, not Gehenna.

    Mark 9:47u48

oTo be thrown into *hell [Gehenna]*, awhere their worm does not die and
the fire is not quenched.Ao (9:47u48, ESV)

    Hell is Hades, not Gehenna.

    Luke 12:5

oFear Him who, after He has killed, has authority to cast into *hell >[Gehenna]*.o (12:5, ESV)

    Hell is Hades, not Gehenna.

    James 3:6

oSet on fire by *hell [Gehenna]*.o (3:6, ESV)

    FIRE + CONSCIOUS TORMENT

Oh really. Notice what is tossed into the Lake of FIRE:

    -- King James
Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.
    This is the second death.

So fire can burn death. Is death conscious?

Can fire burn hell? Is hell conscious? That PROVES the fire is not
    literal.

    Hell is Hades, not Gehenna.
Gehenna's fire is Jerusalem's garbage dump

    Matthew 13:42

oAnd throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be
weeping and gnashing of teeth.o (13:42, ESV)

Yes, right before they are tossed into that symbolic fire, there will
    be weeping etc.

    Matthew 13:50

oAnd throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be
weeping and gnashing of teeth.o (13:50, ESV)

Yes, right before they are tossed into that symbolic fire, there will
    be weeping etc.

    Matthew 25:30

oThrow the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place
there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.o (25:30, ESV)

Yes, non-life is DARKNESS. Not super bright with literal fire flames.

    Matthew 25:41

oDepart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the
devil and his angels.o (25:41, ESV)

    ETERNAL DURATION (NOT EXTINCTION)

We have already seen in Daniel, those 3 Hebrews tossed into a literal
roaring fire. But there was an angel in there to rescue them. Literal
    fire DOES NOT harm angels.

    Matthew 25:46

oThese will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into
    eternal life.o (25:46, ESV)

    Eternal punishment= Eternal non-existence.

    2 Thessalonians 1:9

oThey will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the >presence of the Lord.o (1:9, ESV)

    Note, DESTRUCTION, not consciousness.

oDestructiono here describes ruin and exclusion, not cessation, since it
is eternal and experienced oaway fromo someone.

So "death" and "hell" are conscience? (Rev 20:14)

    REVELATIONAS EXPLICIT INTERPRETATION

    Revelation 14:11

oThe smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no
rest, day or night.o (14:11, ESV)

Let's include verse 9 to help with context:

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any
man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his
forehead, or in his hand," (KJV)

You are in the highly symbolic book of Revelation. Even the verses you
quoted above show the highly symbolic nature of those verses.

Do you believe in these verses (including vs 9) the beast, his image,
the mark on forehead and mark on hand and the wine and the cup and the
Lamb are literal things? If you make the fire and brimstone literal,
then you must make those other things literal. If you say those other
things are not literal, then why do you insist that the fire and
brimstone are also literal? Again see Re 20:14, 15 which shows the
fire and brimstone are not literal, but symbolic.

    Revelation 20:10

oThey will be tormented day and night forever and ever.o (20:10, ESV)

    How does one torture "death"?
How does one torture hell (Hades)?

    Revelation 20:15

oIf anyoneAs name was not found written in the book of life, he was
thrown into the lake of fire.o (20:15, ESV)

If what you claim is true, they would all be written in the book of
LIFE. Because they are still alive. In the Bible is opposite of life,
is not a life of torture, but of death.

    Revelation 21:8

oTheir portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur,
which is the second death.o (21:8, ESV)

There you have it. The Lake of Fire represent the second DEATH, not a
    second life of torture.

    LIES REFUTED DIRECTLY FROM SCRIPTURE

Actually the lies come from the translators who say "hell" is Gehenna.
Hell is Hades in the NT.

    1. oFire means total destructiono

Refuted by weeping, gnashing, torment, no rest, day and night.

That's right, since they don't exist anymore, then they can't rest or
do anything else. And it torments them knowing where they are going.

That's what happened when Jesus confronted the demons. And they asked
if he was going to DESTROY them before their time:

    -- New King James
Mark 1:24 saying, "Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus
of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are the Holy
    One of God!''

    2. oLake of fire is symbolic, so punishment isnAt realo

Symbols communicate truth consistent with their imagery, not the
opposite. Revelation explicitly defines the experience as torment forever.

Then you run into problems with Rev 20:14.

    "KEEP ON THE WATCH!

Romans 6:7 speaks of union with ChristAs death, not physical death.

    4. oResurrected unbelievers are sinlesso

The New Testament uses three distinct words, and Scripture does not

    Hades (b+a+|++-e)

Hades refers to the realm of the dead, not merely a grave. It

The rich man lifts up his eyes in Hades, being in torment (Luke 16:23, ESV).

Hades will give up the dead who are in it before final judgment
    (Revelation 20:13, ESV).

A literal grave does not speak, feel torment, or surrender occupants for judgment.

    Gehenna (+|+!+|+++++#)

Gehenna is not the grave. Jesus uses it for final judgment after
    resurrection.

Fear him who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna (Matthew 10:28, ESV).

The grave cannot touch the soul. Jesus distinguishes physical death from post-judgment punishment.

    Tartarus (-a+#-U-a+#-U-i-e)

This term applies to fallen angels, not humans.
God cast them into Tartarus and committed them to chains of gloomy
    darkness (2 Peter 2:4, ESV).

This confirms conscious restraint, not cessation.

    Key biblical distinctions

The grave (mn-omeion, -a+4-a++-e) holds bodies.
Hades holds conscious persons awaiting judgment.
Gehenna describes final, irreversible judgment after resurrection.

Jesus affirms conscious existence after physical death.

"Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul"
    (Matthew 10:28, ESV).

To be absent from the body means to be present with the Lord (2
    Corinthians 5:8, ESV).

    Conclusion

Hades does not mean rCLthe graverCY in the sense of unconscious
non-existence. Scripture presents it as a real, conscious intermediate
state. The New Testament language remains consistent, precise, and
mutually reinforcing across the Gospels, Epistles, and Revelation.

non-existence. Scripture presents it as a real, conscious intermediate
state. The New Testament language remains consistent, precise, and
mutually reinforcing across the Gospels, Epistles, and Revelation.

Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (rCa), and God
    raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, ESV).

rCLIt is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole
body go into *hell [Gehenna]*.rCY (5:30, ESV)

Hell is Hades, not Gehenna. Here is a more accurate one:

Don't pretend like you're correcting error. You do almost nothing but
repeat the same stupid, refuted lies over and over again:

The New Testament uses three distinct words, and Scripture does not
    collapse them into one meaning.

    Hades (b+a+|++-e)

Hades refers to the realm of the dead, not merely a grave. It
corresponds to Sheol in the Old Testament. It is a conscious
    intermediate state, not non-existence.
The rich man lifts up his eyes in Hades, being in torment (Luke 16:23, ESV).

Hades will give up the dead who are in it before final judgment
    (Revelation 20:13, ESV).

A literal grave does not speak, feel torment, or surrender occupants for judgment.

    Gehenna (+|+!+|+++++#)

Thus you promote the same stupid lies over and over, while pretending to correct error.
