    Cavemen millions of years ago?

Secular science tells us there were low IQ people living in caves
many, many years ago. The Bible doesn't concede. So one of them is
    totally wrong.

Pictures of them appear in many publications as mentally slow
individuals that drag around their mate by the hair. And that they act
more like apes than men, with grunts and groans. One example is the Neanderthal.

Here are some popular pictures of them: (https://www.dreamstime.com/photos-images/neanderthal.html)

But is that how early man looked? Well, not according to the Bible.
The first man Adam talked to God. Thus he was created with a full
language. He even recited the first poetry:

    -- King James
    Genesis 2:23 And Adam said:
"This is now bone of my bones,
    and flesh of my flesh:
    she shall be called Woman,
because she was taken out of Man."

Adam didn't go by grunts and groans. He was a full cognitive man with
a full language also to name the animals.
Here is an artists impression of him: (https://www.michelangelo.org/the-creation-of-adam.jsp)

Does he look like a near idiot grunting and groaning?

No. As one reference work shows: He looks remarkable like us. (https://www.history.com/articles/neanderthals-look-like)

    Notice:

"When 19th-century scientists first identified Neanderthals, they
theorized that the extinct species must have been inferior to
prehistoric Homo sapiens. This thinking has shifted as modern research
has shown that Neanderthals could do things like light fires and make
tools. In addition, recent headlines about the presence of Neanderthal
DNA in humans have prompted modern readers to think about their
relationship to Neanderthals in a different way." (https://www.history.com/articles/neanderthals-look-like)

Just like Africans have some unique features from Europeans,
    Neanderthal have their own.

He wasn't a type of ape, but if put in today's world and dressed in
modern attire, he would look like a normal person, except with some
outstanding features pertinent to his race.

Yes, the Bible gives us the TRUE information about early man.

"What the Universe Tells Us About a Creator
The universe and the earth seem to be designed to make life possible.
Could they be that way because they were designed?
    Find Out". See jw.org (1/31/2026)

Think of who is the audience. The audience for something like this would supposedly be people who do not believe in God and the Bible. For such,
the Bible prescribes the gospel, not getting into arguments about anthropology. In Acts 17, Paul spent no more than 30 seconds talking
about the God of creation before he transitioned to the gospel, which is
    the power of God.

rCLFor I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God
for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and
also to the Greek.rCY (Romans 1:16, ESV)

rCLSo faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of
    Christ.rCY (Romans 10:17, ESV)

rCLNow I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to
you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you
are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to
yourCounless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of
first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our
sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that
he was raised on the third day in accordance with the
Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.rCY
    (1 Corinthians 15:1rCo5, ESV)

rCLBut even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a
gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be
accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone
is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received,
let him be accursed.rCY (Galatians 1:8rCo9, ESV)

That's the true, saving gospel. Men are saved by faith in Christ's substitutionary atonement for their sins, not by their own physical
deaths, and not by losing an argument about anthropology. The fact you
do not proclaim the same gospel as the apostles did shows you are an
    heretical fraud.
    --
Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (rCa), and God
    raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, ESV).

Yes, I agree with all of Paul's inspired Scriptures. The churches
teach a different gospel. That is sad, because people go to them for
Bible truths. Instead, what they are getting is a twisted meaning of
Scripture. But don't take my word for it. Take the Bible's word.

For example, most of the churches teach something that totally
contradicts the Bible. That we all have some kind of paranormal thing
attached to our body, and that even survives death; the soul.

Immortality of the soul has its roots in Plato and Aristotle's
teachings, according to one reference work:

"Early Judaism considered the human personality as a whole, without
making a sharp distinction between body and soul....The Christian
doctrine of the soul has been strongly influenced by the philosophies
    of Plato and Aristotle."
    (Funk and Wagnall's Encyclopedia)

oImmortality of the soul is a Greek notion formed in ancient mystery
cults and elaborated by the philosopher Plato.ouPresbyterian Life,
    Maya1, 1970, p.a35.

We should be influenced by the Bible, not pagan teachings. Does the
Bible show a soul to be immortal? See for yourself:

    -- New King James
Ezekiel 18:4 "Behold, all souls are Mine; the soul of the father as
well as the soul of the son is Mine; the soul who sins shall die.

If something dies, it's not immortal. The Bible says God can KILL a
    soul:

    -- New American with Apocrypha
Matthew 10:28 And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but
cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy
both soul and body in Gehenna.

The word "soul" (Heb nephesh) has more than one meaning. You let the
Bible define a soul, not uninspired men:

    soul= a person.

    -- King James
Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground,
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a
    living soul. (Heb nephesh)

    -- King James
1 Corinthians 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made
a living soul; (Greek psyche) the last Adam was made a quickening
    spirit.

    -- King James
Joshua 11:11 And they smote all the souls that were therein with the
edge of the sword, utterly destroying them: there was not any left to
breathe: and he burnt Hazor with fire.

    soul= an animal.

    -- Darby's Bible
Genesis 1:20 And God said, Let the waters swarm with swarms of living
souls, and let fowl fly above the earth in the expanse of the heavens.
    - Darby's Bible
Genesis 1:24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth living souls
after their kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth,
after their kind. And it was so.

    -- King James
Revelation 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the
sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul
(Greek psykhe) died in the sea.

    soul= life

    -- King James
Isaiah 53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great,
and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured
    out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors;
and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the
    transgressors.

    -- American Standard
Genesis 35:18 And it came to pass, as her soul was departing (for she
died), that she called his name Ben-oni: but his father called him
    Benjamin.

That's the true, saving gospel. Men are saved by faith in Christ's >substitutionary atonement for their sins, not by their own physical
deaths, and not by losing an argument about anthropology.

You said SAVED. That is true. But when men die, the BIBLE says their
sins are erased. And it still takes Jesus to save them.

You claim to agree with PaulrCOs words, then deny what Paul and Jesus
actually taught about man, death, and salvation. The problem is not anthropology versus the gospel. The problem is that your view of death rewrites the gospel itself.

You claim churches teach a rCLdifferent gospel,rCY yet the apostles preached salvation from sin through ChristrCOs death and resurrection, not
salvation through dying. Death never erases sin. Christ does.

Romans 6:7 does not say death men's physical death atones for sin. Paul
speaks of union with Christ by faith to His death to sin, not our own
physical death. The context controls the meaning, and it's talking about
those who have already been placed into Christ's death to sin and
resurrection to newness of life through faith. You promote blatant,
easily discernible LIES about that passage..

rCLWe were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead rCa we too might walk in newness
    of liferCY (Romans 6:4, ESV).

    Paul explains the meaning himself:

rCLOur old self was crucified with him rCa so that we would no longer be enslaved to sinrCY (Romans 6:6, ESV).

The rCLdeathrCY in Romans 6 refers to participation in ChristrCOs death by faith, not the biological event of dying. If physical death erased sin,
then Christ died for nothing. Scripture rejects that conclusion.

rCLIf righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purposerCY (Galatians 2:21, ESV).

Your reading of Romans 6:7 contradicts the entire argument of Romans
3rCo5, where Paul insists that justification comes through ChristrCOs blood, not through anything inherent in man.

rCLWe are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is
in Christ JesusrCY (Romans 3:24, ESV).

    Now to the soul.

You appeal to encyclopedias and magazines to dismiss the soulrCOs
survival, then claim Scripture agrees with you. Scripture does not.

Ezekiel 18:4 teaches moral responsibility, not annihilation. rCLThe soul
who sins shall dierCY speaks of guilt and judgment. If you press this as extinction, you must also say the righteous soul never lives, since all
have sinned (Romans 3:23, ESV). Ezekiel addresses accountability under
GodrCOs law, not the metaphysics of existence after death.

    Jesus directly refutes your position.

rCLDo not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather
fear him who can destroy both soul and body in GehennarCY (Matthew 10:28,
    ESV, Gehenna).

If the soul simply equals the body or life-force, JesusrCO statement collapses. Men kill the body. They do not kill the soul. God alone
judges both after death. The contrast only works if the soul survives
    the death of the body.

You argue that rCLdestroyrCY must mean annihilate. Scripture does not use
the word that way. The same verb describes ruined wineskins that still
exist (Matthew 9:17, ESV). Destruction speaks of ruin under judgment,
    not cessation of being.

Jesus also taught conscious existence after death without qualification.

rCLAnd he said to him, rCyTruly, I say to you, today you will be with me in ParadiserCOrCY (Luke 23:43, ESV).

There is no salvation-by-dying here. The man receives assurance through
faith in Christ while dying. If death erased sin, ChristrCOs promise would
    be pointless.

    Paul teaches the same truth.

rCLWe would rather be away from the body and at home with the LordrCY (2 Corinthians 5:8, ESV).

rCLTo depart and be with Christ rCa is far betterrCY (Philippians 1:23, ESV).

Paul never says, rCLto depart and cease to exist.rCY He expects conscious fellowship with Christ.

You list passages showing that nephesh and psych-o can refer to a person,
an animal, or life. That is true. It does not follow that the soul
cannot exist apart from the body. Scripture uses the same word with
multiple senses depending on context. Context, not lexicons, decides
    meaning.

Your view also collapses moral accountability. Jesus warned of degrees
    of judgment.

rCLIt will be more tolerable on the day of judgment for Sodom than for
    yourCY (Matthew 11:24, ESV).

rCLThere would have been better for that man if he had not been bornrCY (Matthew 26:24, ESV).

There are no degrees of nonexistence. These statements require conscious judgment after death.

You say the gospel alone saves, yet you redefine death as the mechanism
that removes sin. Scripture says otherwise.

rCLChrist died for our sins in accordance with the ScripturesrCY (1 Corinthians 15:3, ESV).

rCLHe himself bore our sins in his body on the treerCY (1 Peter 2:24, ESV).

Your own death does not cleanse you of sins. Faith in Christ's death for
our sins does. Resurrection vindicates. Faith receives.

The gospel you claim to defend depends entirely on ChristrCOs
substitutionary death and bodily resurrection. When you make physical
death the eraser of sin, you promote a false, heretical gospel, which
will certainly lead men to the eternal, conscious torment you feign indignation over.

Salvation rests on Christ alone. Not Plato. Not Aristotle. Not human
death. Christ died. Christ rose. That is the power of God for salvation.
    --
Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (rCa), and God
    raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name

Yes, I agree with all of Paul's inspired Scriptures. The churches
teach a different gospel. That is sad, because people go to them for
Bible truths. Instead, what they are getting is a twisted meaning of >Scripture. But don't take my word for it. Take the Bible's word.

For example, most of the churches teach something that totally
contradicts the Bible. That we all have some kind of paranormal thing >attached to our body, and that even survives death; the soul.

You let the
Bible define a soul, not uninspired men:

    soul= a person.

Joshua 11:11 And they smote all the souls that were therein with the
edge of the sword, utterly destroying them: there was not any left to >breathe: and he burnt Hazor with fire.

    soul= an animal.

(Greek psykhe) died in the sea.

    soul= life

    -- King James
Isaiah 53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great,
and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured
    out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors;
and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the
    transgressors.

    -- American Standard
Genesis 35:18 And it came to pass, as her soul was departing (for she
died), that she called his name Ben-oni: but his father called him
    Benjamin.

That's the true, saving gospel. Men are saved by faith in Christ's >>substitutionary atonement for their sins, not by their own physical >>deaths, and not by losing an argument about anthropology.

You said SAVED. That is true. But when men die, the BIBLE says their
sins are erased. And it still takes Jesus to save them.

    - New Revised Standard with Apocrypha
Romans 6:7 For whoever has died is freed from sin.

    The fact you
do not proclaim the same gospel as the apostles did shows you are an >>heretical fraud.

    Gee thanks.

Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (rCa), and God

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death

I don't know why you keep believing other things.

Your NEVER-ENDING PATTERN OF trying to brain-wash people with Watchtower heresies, betray your feigned ignorance. For example:

rCo your denial that Jesus is God when the Bible repeatedly states He
is God (John 1:1; John 20:28) attributes things that only God can
do to Him (Mark 2:5rCo7; Matthew 14:33), and even says those who do
not believe He is the rCLI AMrCY YHWH will rCLdie in their sinsrCY (John
    8:24; John 8:58).

rCo your claim that men's own physical death atones for their sins,
when the Bible teaches that only Christ's death atones for sins (1
    John 2:1rCo2; Romans 3:25rCo26),

rCo your ongoing LIE that Romans 6:7 teaches that every man's own
physical death atones for his sins, when it says nothing of the
sort, and clearly shows that only those who have been baptized by
faith into Christ's death to sin and resurrection are the ones who
are freed from the power of sin (Romans 6:3rCo6),

rCo your effort to confuse the fruit (James 2) of saving faith (the
endurance and good works by which men SHOW themselves to be
righteous to other men), with a merit-based condition of salvation
by which you falsely claim God makes and declares men to be
righteous (Galatians 2:16; Romans 3:28; Ephesians 2:8rCo9), when the
Bible directly says we are NOT saved by works of righteousness
which we have done, but according to His mercy (Titus 3:5), and
that we're only justified with God by faith in Christ, apart from
our own works (Romans 3:28; Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 2:8rCo9),

rCo your false teaching that men who reject the only means by which a
just and loving God can deliver men from eternal damnation (through
faith in Christ's death and resurrection alone), do not deserve to
experience the justice of God when they reject His love and mercy
in Christ. Romans 1rCo3 show that all men stand justly condemned by
God, and John said the wrath of God remains on those who do not
trust in Christ for salvation (John 3:36).

rCo your blasphemous effort to portray God as being rCLHitlerrCY for
delivering men the justice they deserve when they reject God's
    love and mercy in Christ as Savior (Romans 2:5rCo6; John 3:18;
    John 3:36),

rCo Your constant and ongoing LIE that if God sent anyone to the lake
of fire, He would be burning His own rCLchildrenrCY in the fire like a
pagan God, when the Bible clearly and repeatedly shows that those
who reject Christ as savior are NOT the children of God, but of the
devil (John 8:44; John 8:41; Matthew 13:38; Matthew 26:50; Acts
    13:10; 1 John 3:8; 1 John 3:10; 1 John 3:12).

rCo your claim men can reject Christ till they die, then still be saved
later, when the Bible says that after men die they are appointed to
judgment (Hebrews 9:27), wake up in conscious torment (Luke 16:23),
and will NOT have an opportunity to change their mind after death,
as shown by the man in conscious torment in Luke 16 (Luke
    16:19rCo31).

Everything you try to brainwash people with in here is a calculated
denial of the true gospel and an effort to lure men into the comfort of believing they can reject Christ till death and still somehow either be
saved or not experience conscious eternal torment. You constantly show yourself to be a two-faced, hypocritical double-standards liar, who
feigns allegiance to the word of God alone for truth out of one side of
your face, then claims that only secular definitions of your choosing
are to be trusted when the Bible flatly refutes your lies (such as it
teaches men will rCLbelieverCY a rCLlierCY (2 Thessalonians 2:11)), etc., etc., etc.
