    Day 356, 22 December 2025

    1) Revelation 12,13,14,15,16,17,18

    Revelation 12

    The Woman and the Dragon

1 (Rev 12:3; Mt 24:30) A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed
with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown
    of twelve stars.
2 (Gal 4:19; Isa 53:11) She was with child and cried out in labor
and in pain to give birth.
3 (Rev 17:12; Isa 27:1) Then another sign appeared in heaven: There was
a great red dragon with seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems
    on his heads.
4 (Jn 8:44; Rev 8:7) His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven,
and threw them to the earth. The dragon stood before the woman
who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as He was born.
5 She gave birth to a male Child,
"who was to rule all nations with an iron scepter." (Ps 2:9.)
And her Child was caught up to God and to His throne.
6 (Rev 11:2-3; 12:4) The woman fled into the wilderness where
she has a place prepared by God, that they may -4reanourish her there
for one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
7 (Jude 1:9; Da 10:13) Then war broke out in heaven. Michael
and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon
    and his angels fought,
8 but they did not prevail, nor was there a place for them
    in heaven any longer.
9 (Lk 10:18; Jn 12:31; Ge 3:1) The great dragon was cast out,
that ancient serpent called the Devil and Satan, who deceives
the whole world. He was cast down to the earth, and his angels
    were cast down with him.
10 (Rev 11:15; Job 1:9) Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying:
"Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God
and the authority of His Christ have come,
for the accuser of our brothers,
who accused them before our God day and night,
    has been cast down.
11 (Lk 14:26; Jn 16:33) They overcame him
by the blood of the Lamb
and by the word of their testimony,
and they loved not their lives
    unto the death.
    12 (Rev 8:13; 10:6) Therefore rejoice, O heavens,
and you who dwell in them!
Woe unto the inhabitants of the earth and the sea!
For the devil has come down to you in great wrath,
because he knows that his time is short."
13 When the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth,
he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child.
14 (Rev 12:6; Ex 19:4; Da 7:25) The woman was given two wings of a great
eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is
to be nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence
    of the serpent.
15 (Isa 59:19) Then the serpent spewed water out of his mouth like a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood.
16 But the earth helped the woman. The earth opened its mouth and swallowed
the flood which the dragon spewed out of his mouth.
17 (Rev 14:12; Ge 3:15; Rev 1:2) Then the dragon was angry with the woman,
and he went to wage war with the remnant of her offspring,
who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

[1] And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the
sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: [2] And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
[3] And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red
dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
[4] And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast
them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to
be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
[5] And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a
rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
[6] And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared
of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and
    threescore days.
[7] And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
[8] And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
[9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil,
and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth,
and his angels were cast out with him.
[10] And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day
    and night.
[11] And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of
their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
[12] Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
[13] And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted
the woman which brought forth the man child.
[14] And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might
fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time,
and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
[15] And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
[16] And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
[17] And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the
    testimony of Jesus Christ.

    Revelation 13

    The Two Beasts

1 (Rev 12:3; 17:3; Da 11:36) I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, with ten crowns
on his horns, and blasphemous names on his heads.
2 (Rev 16:10) The beast which I saw was like a leopard. His feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave
him his power and his throne and great authority.
3 (Rev 17:8; 13:14; 17:13) I saw one of his heads as if it was mortally wounded, but his deadly wound was healed, and the whole world marveled
    and followed the beast.
4 (Rev 13:2; 18:18) They worshipped the dragon who gave authority
to the beast. And they worshipped the beast, saying,
"Who is like the beast? Who is able to wage war with him?"
5 (Da 7:8; 7:11) He was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies. And he was given authority to wage war for forty-two months.
6 (Rev 12:12) He opened his mouth to speak blasphemies against God,
to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle and those who dwell in heaven.
7 (Da 7:21; Rev 11:7; Da 7:25) It was granted to him to wage war with
the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe and tongue and nation.
8 (Rev 3:5; 17:8; Php 4:3) All who dwell on the earth will worship him,
all whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb
who was slain from the foundation of the world.
9 (Rev 2:7) If anyone has an ear, let him hear:
10 (Rev 14:12; Isa 33:1) "He who is to be taken captive,
    into captivity he shall go;
he who kills with the sword,
with the sword he must be killed."(Jer 15:2.)
Here is a call for the patience and the faith of the saints.
11 Then I saw another beast rising out of the earth. He had two horns
like a lamb and he spoke like a dragon.
12 He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence
and causes the earth and those who dwell on it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13 (1Ki 18:38; Mt 24:24) He performs great signs, making fire come down
from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.
14 (Rev 12:9; 19:20) He deceives those who dwell on the earth by the signs which he was granted to do in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by a sword
    and lived.
15 (Rev 16:2; 19:20) He was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
16 (Rev 19:18; 7:3) He causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand
    or on their forehead,
17 (Rev 14:11; 15:2) so that no one may buy or sell, except he who has
the mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name.
18 (Rev 17:9; 21:17) Here is a call for wisdom: Let him who has
understanding calculate the number of the beast.
It is the number of a man. His number is six hundred and sixty-six.

[1] And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and
upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
[2] And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as
the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon
gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
[3] And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
[4] And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to
    make war with him?
[5] And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and
blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
[6] And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
[7] And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
[8] And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the
    world.
[9] If any man have an ear, let him hear.
[10] He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
[11] And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
[12] And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and
causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
[13] And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from
heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
[14] And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those
miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which
had the wound by a sword, and did live.
[15] And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the
image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
[16] And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond,
to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
[17] And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the number of his name.
[18] Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred
    threescore and six.

    Revelation 14

    The Lamb and the 144000

1 (Rev 3:12; Ps 2:6) Then I looked. The Lamb was standing on Mount Zion
and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
2 (Rev 1:15; 5:8) And I heard a sound from heaven, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of a great thunder. I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps.
3 (Rev 5:9; 2:17; 14:1) They sang a new song before the throne
and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn
that song except the one hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed
    from the earth.
4 (Rev 3:4; 2Co 11:2; Jas 1:18) These are those who were not defiled
with women, for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb
wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, as first fruits
to God and to the Lamb.
5 (Ps 32:2; Zep 3:13) No lie was found in their mouths, for they are
without fault before the throne of God.

[1] And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
[2] And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with
    their harps:
[3] And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the
four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the
hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
[4] These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
[5] And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

The Messages of the Three Angels

6 (Rev 8:13; 3:10) Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the eternal gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth,
to every nation and tribe and tongue and people.
7 (Rev 15:4; 4:11; 11:18) He said with a loud voice, "Fear God and give
Him glory, for the hour of His judgment has come. Worship Him who made
heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water."
8 (Isa 21:9; Jer 51:7-8) Another angel followed, saying, "'Fallen! Fallen
is Babylon, that Great City,'(Isa 21:9.) because she made all the nations
drink of the wine of the wrath of her sexual immorality."
9 (Rev 14:11) A third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice,
"If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark
on his forehead or on his hand,
10 (Isa 51:17; Rev 18:6; Ps 11:6) he also shall drink of the wine
of the wrath of God, which is poured out in full strength
into the cup of His anger. He shall be tormented with fire
and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels
and in the presence of the Lamb.
11 (Isa 34:10; Rev 19:3) The smoke of their torment will ascend forever
and ever. They have no rest day or night, who worship the beast
and his image and whoever receives the mark of his name."
12 (Rev 12:17; 13:10) Here is the patience of the saints; here are those
who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
    13 (1Co 15:18; 1Th 4:16) Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me,
"Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on."
"Yes," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors,
    for their works follow them."

[6] And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the
everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
[7] Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour
of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and
the sea, and the fountains of waters.
[8] And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath
    of her fornication.
[9] And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
[10] The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured
out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be
tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
[11] And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and
whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
[12] Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
[13] And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

    The Harvest of the Earth

14 (Rev 1:13; 6:2) I looked. And there was a white cloud, and on the cloud
sat One like a Son of Man, having on his head a golden crown, and in His hand
    a sharp sickle.
15 (Jer 51:33; Joel 3:13) Then another angel came out of the temple,
crying with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud,
"Thrust in Your sickle and reap. The time has come for You to reap,
for the harvest of the earth is ripe."
16 So He who sat on the cloud thrust His sickle on the earth,
    and the earth was harvested.
17 Another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven.
He also had a sharp sickle.
18 (Joel 3:13; Rev 16:8) Yet another angel who had authority over fire
came out from the altar. He cried with a loud voice to him who had
the sharp sickle, saying, "Thrust in your sharp sickle
and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her grapes
    are fully ripe."
19 The angel thrust his sickle into the earth and gathered the vintage
of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
20 (La 1:15; Rev 11:8) The winepress was trampled outside the city,
and blood came out of the winepress, up to the horses' bridles,
for one hundred and eighty-six miles.
(Gk. 1,600 stadia or 300 kilometers.)

[14] And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a
    sharp sickle.
[15] And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to
him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is
come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
[16] And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
[17] And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
    [18] And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire;
and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust
in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for
    her grapes are fully ripe.
[19] And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the
vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. [20] And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of
the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and
    six hundred furlongs.

    Revelation 15

The Angels With the Last Plagues

1 (Rev 21:9; 15:6-7) I saw another great and marvelous sign in heaven:
seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God
    is complete.
2 (Rev 4:6; 5:8; 12:11) And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed
with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image
and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea
of glass, having harps of God.
3 (Ps 111:2; 139:14) They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God,
and the song of the Lamb, saying:
"Great and marvelous are Your works,
    Lord God Almighty!
Just and true are Your ways,
    O King of saints!
4 (Ps 86:9; Jer 10:7) Who shall not fear You, O Lord,
    and glorify Your name?
    For You alone are holy.
    All nations shall come
    and worship before You,
for Your judgments have been revealed."(Isa 25:8.)
5 (Nu 1:50; Rev 11:19) After this I looked. And now
the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.
6 (Rev 1:13; 15:1) The seven angels came out of the temple
with the seven plagues. They were clothed in pure, bright linen,
having their chests wrapped with golden sashes.
7 (Rev 5:8) Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.
8 (Isa 6:4; 1Ki 8:10-11) And the temple was filled with smoke
from the glory of God and from His power. No one was able to enter
the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

[1] And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels
having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
[2] And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark,
and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps
    of God.
[3] And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just
and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
[4] Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments
    are made manifest.
[5] And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of
the testimony in heaven was opened:
[6] And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
[7] And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
[8] And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues
of the seven angels were fulfilled.

    Revelation 16

The Seven Bowls of God's Wrath

1 (Rev 15:1; 16:2-12) Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to
the seven angels, "Go, pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth."
2 (Rev 8:7) The first went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and foul
and grievous sores came on the men who had the mark of the beast
and those who worshipped his image.
3 (Ex 7:17-21; Rev 8:8-9) The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea.
It became like the blood of a dead man, and every living creature
    in the sea died.
4 (Ex 7:17-20) The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers
and springs of water, and they became blood.
5 (Rev 1:4; 11:17) Then I heard the angel of the waters saying:
    "You are righteous, O Lord,
who is and was and who is to be,
because You have judged these things.
6 (Isa 49:26; Rev 18:24) For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. It is what they deserve!"
7 (Rev 6:9; 19:2) And I heard another from the altar saying:
    "Yes, Lord God Almighty,
true and righteous are Your judgments."
8 (Rev 14:18; 6:12) The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun,
and power was given to him to scorch men with fire.
(Say goodbye to the Val Ellen belts)
9 (Rev 2:21; 11:13) Men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed
the name of God who has power over these plagues, and they did not repent
    and give Him glory.
10 (Rev 9:2) The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was filled with darkness. They gnawed their tongues
    because of the anguish,
11 (Rev 16:9; 16:2; 16:21) and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.
12 (Rev 9:14; Isa 11:15) The sixth angel poured out his bowl
on the great Euphrates River, and its water was dried up,
to prepare the way for the kings from the East.
13 (Rev 19:20; 20:10) Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming
out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast,
and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14 (1Ti 4:1; Rev 17:14) For they are spirits of demons, performing signs,
who go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world,
to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15 (Rev 3:18; Mt 24:42-43) "Look, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches and keeps his garments on,
lest he walk naked and his shame be exposed."
16 (Jdg 5:19; Zec 12:11) They gathered them together to the place which
    in Hebrew is called Armageddon.
17 (Eph 2:2; Rev 21:6) The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air,
and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying,
    "It is done!"
18 (Da 12:1; Rev 4:5) And there were noises and thundering and lightning
and a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake, as had never occurred since men were on the earth.
19 (Rev 18:5; 17:18) The great city was divided into three parts,
and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the Great was remembered
before God, to give to her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. 20 (Rev 6:14; 20:11) Every island fled away,
and the mountains were not found.
21 (Rev 11:19; 16:9) Great hail, about the weight of a hundred pounds,
(Or 45 kilograms.) fell from heaven upon man. Men blasphemed God
because of the plague of the hail, because that plague was so severe.

[1] And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels,
Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
[2] And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there
fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the
beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
[3] And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as
the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
[4] And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
[5] And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord,
which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
[6] For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
[7] And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty,
true and righteous are thy judgments.
[8] And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was
given unto him to scorch men with fire.
[9] And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him
    glory.
[10] And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
[11] And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their
sores, and repented not of their deeds.
[12] And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east
    might be prepared.
[13] And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
[14] For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth
unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
[15] Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
[16] And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
[17] And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came
a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is
    done.
[18] And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a
great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty
    an earthquake, and so great.
[19] And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
[20] And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
[21] And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about
the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

    Revelation 17

The Great Harlot and the Beast

1 (Jer 51:13; Rev 19:2) One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls
came and talked with me, saying to me, "Come, I will show you the judgment
of the great prostitute who sits on many waters,
2 (Rev 14:8; 18:3) with whom the kings of the earth committed adultery,
and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine
    of her sexual immorality."
3 (Rev 12:3; 12:6; 12:14) Then he carried me away in the Spirit
into the wilderness. I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full
of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 (Jer 51:7; Rev 18:16) The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet,
and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand
a golden cup full of abominations and the filth of her sexual immorality.
    5 (Rev 14:8; 2Th 2:7) On her forehead a name was written:
    MYSTERY,
    BABYLON THE GREAT,
    THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES
AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
6 (Rev 16:6; 2:13) I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints
and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.
When I saw her, I marveled greatly.
7 Then the angel said to me, "Why do you marvel? I will tell you the mystery
of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads
    and the ten horns.
8 (Rev 11:7; 17:11) The beast, which you saw, was, and is not,
and is to ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to destruction.
Those who dwell on the earth whose names are not written
in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world will marvel
when they see the beast that was, and is not, and is to come.
9 (Rev 13:18; 17:3) "Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads
are seven mountains on which the woman sits.
10 They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other
has not yet come; and when he comes, he must remain a little while.
11 (Rev 17:8) Concerning the beast who was, and is not, he is the eighth,
and is of the seven, and is going to destruction.
12 (Da 7:24; Rev 12:3) "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings
who have received no kingdom yet, but they will receive authority
as kings for one hour with the beast.
13 (Rev 17:17) These are of one mind and will give their power
    and authority to the beast.
14 (1Ti 6:15; Rev 16:14; 1:5) These will wage war with the Lamb,
but the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings. Those who are with Him are called and chosen and faithful."
15 (Rev 17:1) Then he said to me, "The waters which you saw, where
the prostitute sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.
16 (Rev 18:8; 18:16-17) These ten horns and the beast which you saw will
hate the prostitute; they will make her desolate and naked,
and devour her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17 (Rev 10:7; 17:13) For God has put in their hearts to fulfill His will,
and to be of one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast,
until the words of God are fulfilled.
18 (Rev 16:19) The woman whom you saw is that great city,
which reigns over the kings of the earth."

[1] And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the
judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
[2] With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her
    fornication.
[3] So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a
woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
[4] And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
[5] And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
[6] And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
[7] And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell
thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which
hath the seven heads and ten horns.
[8] The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth
shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not,
    and yet is.
[9] And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
[10] And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other
is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
[11] And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of
the seven, and goeth into perdition.
[12] And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received
no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
[13] These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
[14] These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them:
for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
[15] And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
[16] And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate
the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh,
    and burn her with fire.
[17] For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be
    fulfilled.
[18] And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

    Revelation 18

    The Fall of Babylon

1 (Eze 43:2; Rev 17:1) After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory.
2 (Rev 14:8; Jer 51:37) He cried out mightily with a loud voice, saying: "'Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!'(Isa 21:9.)
She has become a dwelling place of demons,
a haunt for every unclean spirit,
and a haunt for every unclean and hateful bird.
3 (Rev 14:8; 17:2) For all the nations have drunk
of the wine of the wrath of her sexual immorality,
the kings of the earth have committed adultery with her,
and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the
    abundance of her luxury."
4 (2Co 6:17; Isa 48:20) Then I heard another voice from heaven saying:
"'Come out of her, my people,'(Jer 51:45.)
lest you partake in her sins,
and lest you receive her plagues.
5 (Jer 51:9; Rev 16:19) For her sins have reached up to heaven,
and God has remembered her iniquities.
6 (Ps 137:8; Jer 50:15) Render to her as she has rendered to you,
    and repay her double for her deeds;
in the cup which she has mixed, mix a double portion for her.
7 (Zep 2:15) To the extent that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously,
    so give her torment and sorrow;
for in her heart she says,
'I sit as a queen, and am no widow,
and will see no sorrow.'(Isa 47:7-8.)
8 (Jer 50:31; 50:34) Therefore her plagues will come in one day-
    death and mourning and famine.
And she will be utterly burned with fire,
for strong is the Lord God who judges her.
9 (Rev 17:2; 18:3) "The kings of the earth, who have committed adultery
and lived luxuriously with her, will weep and mourn over her when they
see the smoke of her burning.
10 (Rev 18:19; 18:8; 14:8) Standing far off for the fear of her torment,
    they will say:
'Alas, alas for that great city,
    that mighty city, Babylon!
In one hour your judgment has come.'
11 (Rev 18:3; 18:15) "The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise any more:
12 (Rev 17:4) the merchandise of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls,
fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet, all kinds of scented wood,
all artifacts of ivory, all merchandise of costly wood, bronze, iron,
    and marble;
13 (Eze 27:13; 1Ti 1:10) and cinnamon and incense, myrrh and frankincense, wine, oil, fine flour and wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and chariots,
and slaves and souls of men.
14 'The fruit that your soul lusted after
    has departed from you,
and all the things which graceful and exquisite
    have departed from you,
and you shall never find them.'
15 (Rev 18:3; Eze 27:31) "The merchants of these things, who gained wealth
by her, will stand far off for fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
    16 (Rev 17:4) and saying:
    'Alas, alas, that great city,
that was arrayed in fine linen, in purple and scarlet,
and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls!
17 (Rev 17:16) In one hour such great riches came to nothing!'
"All sea captains and seafaring men, sailors and all who trade by sea,
    stood far off,
18 (Rev 13:4; 18:9-10) and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, 'What city is like this great city?'
19 (Jos 7:6; Rev 18:10) They threw dust on their heads and cried out,
    weeping and wailing, and saying:
    'Alas, alas, that great city,
in which all who had ships in the sea
    grew rich from her wealth!
In one hour she has been laid waste!'
20 (Lk 11:49-50; Rev 6:10) "Rejoice over her, O heaven
and saints and apostles and prophets,
for God has avenged you against her."
21 (Jer 51:63-64; Eze 26:21) Then a mighty angel took up a stone like
a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying:
    "With such violence
shall that great city Babylon be thrown down,
and shall be found no more.
22 (Jer 25:10; Eze 26:13) The sound of harpists and musicians, flute players and trumpeters,
shall not be heard in you any more.
    No craftsman of any craft
shall be found in you any more,
and the sound of a millstone
shall not be heard in you any more.
23 (Isa 23:8; Na 3:4) The light of a lamp
shall shine in you no more,
and the voice of bridegroom and of bride
shall be heard in you no more.
For your merchants were the great men of the earth,
and all nations were deceived by your sorcery.
24 (Rev 17:6; Jer 51:49) In her was found the blood of prophets and of saints and of all who were slain on the earth."

[1] And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
[2] And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
[3] For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication,
and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her
    delicacies.
[4] And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my
people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
[5] For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
[6] Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double
according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. [7] How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much
torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and
am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
[8] Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord
    God who judgeth her.
[9] And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall
see the smoke of her burning,
[10] Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. [11] And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no
man buyeth their merchandise any more:
[12] The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of
pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine
wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most
precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
[13] And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine,
and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
[14] And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and
all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou
shalt find them no more at all.
[15] The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
[16] And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine
linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones,
    and pearls!
[17] For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every
shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade
    by sea, stood afar off,
[18] And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
[19] And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing,
saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had
ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
[20] Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for
God hath avenged you on her.
[21] And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
[22] And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft
he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall
    be heard no more at all in thee;
[23] And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in
thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy
    sorceries were all nations deceived.
[24] And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all
that were slain upon the earth.

    1 Corinthians 12:12-20

    One Body With Many Members

12 (1Co 12:27; 10:17) For as the body is one and has many parts,
and all the many parts of that one body are one body, so also is Christ.
13 (Jn 7:37-39; Gal 3:28) For by one Spirit we are all baptised
into one body, whether we are Jews or Gentiles, whether we are slaves
or free, and we have all been made to drink of one Spirit.
14 The body is not one part, but many.
15 If the foot says, "Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body,"
is it therefore not of the body?
16 And if the ear says, "Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body,"
is it therefore not of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be?
If the whole body were hearing, where would the sense of smell be?
18 (1Co 12:11; 12:28) But now God has established the parts,
every one of them, in the body as it has pleased Him.
19 If they were all one part, where would the body be?
20 So there are many parts, yet one body.

[12] For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of
that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
[13] For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews
or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink
    into one Spirit.
[14] For the body is not one member, but many.
    [15] If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body;
is it therefore not of the body?
[16] And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the
body; is it therefore not of the body?
[17] If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole
were hearing, where were the smelling?
[18] But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it
    hath pleased him.
[19] And if they were all one member, where were the body?
[20] But now are they many members, yet but one body.

When my friend Maritza took a job that required traveling to many different cities by herself, she often felt lonely. But over dinner one night, she leaned in and told me, "Jen, I prayed and asked God to send me His people." She went on to say it wasn't long before she'd begun to meet other believers in Jesus on a regular basis. Once, she met three in one day!

When we encounter others who have faith in Jesus, we share a spiritual connection. In a hard-to-explain way, this lights a spark within us.
We have the most important thing in common because we believe what the Bible says about Christ and how it's possible to have a relationship with God through Him (Romans 10:9).

Most importantly, the Spirit of God lives in each believer, knitting
us together so powerfully that the Bible compares us to the interconnected parts of the human body. First Corinthians 12:13 says, "We were all baptised by one Spirit so as to form one body" - the body of Christ.

God often works in our lives through others who love Him, whether they're
near or far, known or new acquaintances. In our loneliest times, we can
ask Him to send His people - even as we offer ourselves to be used
    by Him to encourage others.

    Reflect & Pray

Where do you turn when you feel lonely?
How has God worked through other believers in your life?

Dear heavenly Father, thank You for including me in Your
family. Please use me to encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ today.

Week 7 Promises of Grace - Day 2 - Due Season

    Gal 6:9

9 And let us not grow weary in doing good,
for in due season we shall reap, if we do not give up.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing:
for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Jackie's preschool class took on an exciting project: they were going to grow flowers from seeds, Each child took the seed, planted it carefully in the bedding soil, watered, and waited. But Jackie couldn't wait. Every day
for a week he ran to the window box, looked for his plants, poked, prodded, unplanted the seeds and then planted them again. "It's no use,"
he pouted after the first week. "Nothing's gonna grow in there."
We live in an instant society - microwave dinners, quick fixes, easy answers. We are conditioned by our environment to expect - even to demand -
immediate response, and when we have to wait,
    we become impatient and irritable.
Paul's exhortation to the Galatians, "Let us not become weary in doing good," is as appropriate for twentieth-century believers as it was for the new church at Galatia. We lose motivation when we don't see results,
    and weariness sets in.
If our work does not seem to be producing as we hope, we want to abandon it
and move on to a new project.
But God says, "You will reap a harvest if you don't give up." We give up too soon in our prayers for a loved one's salvation. We abandon hope too readily when we don't see spiritual growth in our own lives, when our investment in another's spiritual maturity seems to have no return. The Lord says,
"The harvest is coming; be patient; trust me."
In due season the harvest comes; when it's the right time. When the seed has had time to germinate, when the roots are string enough, when the conditions are right, the reaping time will come. But we must be willing to wait for
the due season, the moment of ripeness, when our labor brings its return.

    Application

    a) Have I ever felt that my spiritual labours have produced no harvest at all?

    b) What does it mean to my own spiritual growth that there is a "due season" for reaping the harvest?

    4) From Prosperity Promises - Kenneth Copeland

    Ps 1:3

He will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
    that brings forth its fruit in its season;
    its leaf will not wither,
and whatever he does will prosper.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
    That bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
    His leaf also shall not wither;
And whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

    5) From a Book called God's Promises for you:

When you are Angry or Vengeful

    James 1:19-25

    Hearing and Doing the Word

19 Therefore, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear,
slow to speak, and slow to anger,
20 for the anger of man does not work the righteousness of God.
21 Therefore lay aside all filthiness and remaining
wickedness and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able
    to save your souls.
22 Be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man viewing his natural face in a mirror.
24 He views himself, and goes his way,
and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.
    25 But whoever looks into
the perfect law of liberty, and continues in it,
and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work,
this man will be blessed in his deeds.

19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear,
slow to speak, slow to wrath:
20 for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness,
and receive with meekness the engrafted word,
which is able to save your souls.
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only,
    deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer,
he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 for he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway
forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty,
and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer,
but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Remember God's promises when You pray

    The Lord's prayer

    Matthew 6:9-13

9 "Therefore pray in this manner:
Our Father who is in heaven,
    hallowed be Your name.
    10 (Mt 3:2; 4:17) Your kingdom come;
    Your will be done
on earth, as it is in heaven.
11 (Pr 30:8; Isa 33:16) Give us this day our daily bread.
12 (Ex 34:7; Ps 32:1) And forgive us our debts,
    as we forgive our debtors.
13 (1Co 10:13; Jn 17:15) And lead us not into temptation,
    but deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen."

9 After this manner therefore pray ye:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

    6) This come from Praying for Muslims in Canada 2015 (Is there a 2023 edition?)

    The Northern Territories of Canada

    Yukon

Yukon Total population (2015) 36500 Muslim (est) 69

In Whitehorse the Muslim population grew from 2 families
in 2001 to more than 60 people in 2014. Originally meeting in a church,
they now meet for prayer service in a former office space.

Pray for Muslims and believers in Whitehorse to come together,
and for Muslims to find faith in Jesus Christ.

    Northwest Territories (NWT)

    NWT population (2015) 43600 Muslim (est) 473

The Muslim community of Yellowknife has grown from 275 to 330 un the past year. To replace their inadequate facility, they are planning a C$2 to C$2.5 million Islamic Centre.

Pray that the Muslims in Yellowknife and all of the NWT will awaken to spiritual hunger and be open to saving faith in Jesus Christ.

    Nunavut (NU)

NU total population (2015) 36600 Muslim (est) 86

The Islamic Centre of Iqaluit now claim about 100 Muslims and have surpassed
80 % of their funding goal to building the first mosque in this territory. Their stated goal is "To spread the message of Islam
in the far northern reaches of Canada."

Pray that believers in Iqaluit take up Jesus' command to love and reach
their Muslim neighbours with the Gospel.

    Adding further

30 days of prayer for the Muslim World 24 April to 23 May 2020

    Under the Keep Praying page

When the new moon is sighted it marks the beginning of t he new Islamic month and Eid al-Fitr, the "Festival of Breaking the Fast", will start! After 30 days of fasting, the Eid celebration at the end of Ramadan is a joyful time that usually lasts about 3 days. Muslims will buy new clothes, exchange gifts and, of course, enjoy special foods. In Muslim-majority nations, the streets may be decorated and festivals will be held.
For many Muslims, Eid-al-Fitr begins with communal prayers at daybreak and the distribution of money (zakat) to the poor, which is one of the 5 pillars of Islam.
You can greet Muslim friends during this time by saying "Eid Mubarak",
    which means Blessed Eid!"
Ramadan is over for this year, but you can continue to pray for Muslims you know, and Muslims around the world:
    - Despite the unsettling developments in our world today that involve actions in the name of Islam, there is at the same time a largely untold story about unprecedented movement to Christ among Muslims. There have been more such movements of thousands or more new disciples among Muslims in the last three decades or so than in all the previous history of Christian Muslim relationships! Pray for this momentum to continue.

Acts 2:12-17 : 17 12 They were all amazed and perplexed, saying to each other, "What does this mean?"
13 (1Co 14:23) Others mocking said, "These men are full of new wine."

    Peter's Speech at Pentecost

14 (Ac 1:26) But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice
and said to them, "Men of Judea and all you who dwell in Jerusalem,
let this be known to you, and listen to my words.
15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose,
since it is the third hour of the day.
16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
17 (Isa 44:3; Ac 10:45) 'In the last days it shall be,' says God,
    'that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;
your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
your young men shall see visions,
and your old men shall dream dreams.'

    - Pray for Christian workers an organisations focused on seeing effective discipleship movements among Muslim people.

    - Ask the Holy Spirit to continue to inspire you to have god's heart for Muslims, to see them as He does, and to be the light that then to Jesus.

Matthew 5:14-15 : 14 "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do men light a candle and put it under
a basket, but on a candlestick. And it gives light to all who are in the house."

    Ideas for prayer

    - Pray for opportunities to show the love of Christ to Muslims around you
    - Pray for, and offer generous hospitality to, those you know who are serving Christ among Muslim people -

Romans 12:13 "contribute to the needs of the saints, practice hospitality."
    - When you gather with fellow believers, remember to pray for Muslims throughout the year and encourage them to also participate in 30 Days!

My paternal side is of Muslim heritage and will offer this section to further call for Muslim converts to Christian and any other converts to Christianity

    2 Cor 10: 3 - 5

3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God
to the pulling down of strongholds,
5 casting down imaginations and every
high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4(for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God
to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought
    to the obedience of Christ;

    Sojourner

14 When he rose, he took the young Child and His mother by night,
    and departed into Egypt,
15 (Hos 11:1; Ex 4:22) and remained there until the death of Herod,
to fulfill what the Lord had spoken through the prophet,
"Out of Egypt I have called My Son."
A talent was worth several hundred pounds.

[14] When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:
[15] And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled
which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I
    called my son. Matthew 2:14-15

As travelers bustled through the Edmonton airport one cold
morning, they passed by Tim Horton's iconically long line. I was on
my way up to Aklavik with Robin to lead a Healing Group. As we
waited in line, he told me of the Anglican priest Reverend Victor and
his wife Nalini who had invited us to come and would host us. They
had left their home in India a decade prior and had since been
    serving in the Arctic.
Breakfast in hand we found a table and exchanged stories while we
waited for our flight. Robin shared of his upbringing in Ireland and
his call to serve in Canada, while I shared of my missional
upbringing in Africa and recent ministry engagements in Canada.
The older I am, the more costly I realize travel, moving, and leaving
family behind is. When Christ came, he counted the cost. Creator
himself stepped into creation. Leaving the FatherrCOs side,
Christ took on human flesh and lived among us, as a refugee, a
wanderer, a wanted and dying man. He meets us where we are at,
inviting all to be reconciled to the One who made them.

bring the message of peace on earth to those who are far away and
