I only propagate Bible truths. You are in error. I will try to correct
them.
The way you describe the earth of today, I wouldn't want eternal life
in such an environment either. But God is going to have the earth as
He originally intended; a paradise.
The Garden of Eden was such. And they were to spread that paradise
world-wide. So that is what God wants. A paradise earth. And that is
what it shall be. (Isa 55:11)
God didn't create the earth to be a breeding place to send people to
Heaven. Notice:
Also Ec 1:4,
"Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever."
(NIV)
And
-- American Standard
Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith Jehovah that created the heavens, the God
that formed the earth and made it, that established it and created it
not a waste, that formed it to be inhabited: I am Jehovah; and there
is none else.
Mat 5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
So to placate James the JW letAs surmise that this is the reality for a >moment.
Yes, for a moment let's assume Jesus is telling the truth.
Then Take that thought, and look at what this same Jesus spoke in regards to >this present earth and the heavens surrounding it in light of what Jesus >spoke here below in V 33. It is a footnote to the parable starting in V 29.
Luk 21:29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the >trees;
Luk 21:30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that >summer is now nigh at hand.
Luk 21:31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that >the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
Luk 21:32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till >all be fulfilled.
*Luk 21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass >away.*
So, do you think Jesus contradicted Scripture? Never will that happen.
In Noah's day, it says the earth was destroyed in that flood. But the
earth itself was not destroyed. BUT WICKED HUMANS WERE. Thus the
"earth" can mean wicked humans. But what about Heaven? Do you actually
believe that God lived in Heavenly slums?
There is nothing wrong with God's 'home'. But "heaven" can mean high
station of life for earth's rulers. They will all be replaced. Thus
Heaven and earth will pass away.
Also, the nation of Israel has no special significance in today's
Bibles. Because their "house" has been abandoned.
** the oKingdom of Godo spoken of there is the Millennial Rule of Jesus
in the Land of Israel.
Paul talked about 'spiritual Israelites', thus the land they inhabit
is spiritual Israel, which they rule from Heaven.
And, of course, that is the King of Kings, Lord over
all, Jesus, God.
"the head of Christ is God". (1 Cor 11:3)
Addendum;
1Co 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the >Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is >the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
(AMPC)Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking under the power >and influence of the [Holy] Spirit of God can [ever] say, Jesus be cursed! >And no one can [really] say, Jesus is [my] Lord, except by and under the >power and influence of the Holy Spirit.
21. "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the
kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22. "Many will say to Me in that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many
wonders in Your name?'
23. "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from
Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
Lord in that verse in koine Greek is kurios. The same word the LXX translated >from Yehovah God 300 years before the life of Christ Jesus.
Yes, in your 5th century LXX they tore out the Tetragrammaton and
replaced it with "Lord". But you know what. They have recovered older fragmented copies of the Septuagint, of the book of Deuteronomy. And
the Tetragrammatons are in all their places.
Thus that superstition that God's name is too sacred to pronounce, is
a farce. Or that pagans may profane the name when they read it.God had
it at least around 7000 times in the Bible. The NWT has restored it.
