If the LC removes a BBS by deleting them in the world.ndx file Clans **(L) League Scores Menu** does not update correctly. It leaves any player names from the deleted BBS and gets confused with the Village. In the screenshot example, unf0rz's BBS was removed.

I'll be sure to test this, it looks like there was a fairly large number of issues with the origin Win32/\*nix ports (and the OpenDoors they used).

The new upcoming (after testing) release will not be compatible, and it's hard to tell in exactly which way the problems occurred. Once the new update is tested, there will need to be a league reset to switch to the new version. :(

Oh, that's a good point Deuce. This is using the dos v0.95b7. But once you release a ready for primetime update I'll use it and reset for the few boards that I have playing.

Hrm, I could likely do an update utility so a reset isn't needed from that version... not sure if it's really worth the effort though.

I don't know how many clan leagues are running right now, but IMO it wouldn't be worth it. I would much rather install new and reset league wide.

So, there's an interesting question here... that list shows their original village, not where they currently are. It's completely reasonable for a Clan to have traveled to a different village before their original BBS was removed from the league.

If the BBS was marked as inactive in the world.ndx, this would work correctly, and if a new BBS with the same ID was added, they would be "moved" to the new village.

I've updated it to use "<invalid>" for invalid BBS IDs (should never see this) and "<defunct>" for legal BBS IDs that do not have a name in the index.
