MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Banana Nut Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

1/3 c Honey
1/3 c Oil
3 md Ripe bananas; mashed
2 Eggs; well beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 c Wheat germ
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1/2 c Raisins

Mix honey and oil.

Stir in bananas, oil, and eggs.

Combine remaining ingredients and stir until mixed.

Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes using double boiler method or in 325?F
oven.
