Title: Slow-Cooked Swiss Steak

Yield: 6 servings
2 tb A-P flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 1/2 lb Round steak; in 6 pieces
1 md Onion; in 1/4" slices
1 Celery rib; in 1/2" slices
16 oz (2 cans) tomato sauce
In a bowl or shallow dish, combine the flour, salt and
pepper. Add the steak and turn to coat.
Place the onion in a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Top with
the steak, celery and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on
low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
