Title: Artichoke Chicken Pesto Pizza

1 Prebaked 12" pizza crust
1/2 c Prepared pesto
2 c Diced, cooked chicken
13 oz (2 jars) marinated artichoke
- hearts; drained
2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese; opt
Minced fresh basil; opt
Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
Place crust on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Spread
with pesto. Arrange chicken and artichokes over top;
sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden brown, 10-12
minutes. If desired, top with Parmesan cheese and
minced fresh basil.
