Title: Yogurt Cream

Yield: 4 Servings
5 c Fresh yogurt
2 c Confectioner's sugar
1 c Cashews; chopped
1 ts Green cardamom powder
Suspend yogurt in a cheesecloth bag for an hour or so, until all the
water drains off. Remove yogurt and combine with the sugar and
cardamom, either by hand or with a blender, until smooth. Put in
individual bowls and sprinkle with chopped cashews. Serve cold.
