2 Onions; diced
2 lb Sweet, green chiles,
- cut in half
Fresh ginger (2"); minced
4 cl Garlic; minced
1 ts Turmeric powder
1 ts Cumin powder
1 ts Coriander powder
1 ts Raw sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
In 1/4 cup melted ghee, saute ingredients above. When onions are soft
or a light brown color add 1 cup tomato puree, 1 cup yogurt.
