In a large, heat-resistant mixing bowl, combine white
sugar, citric acid, hot water, lime juice, caffeine, and
caramel coloring.

In a glass jar, combine a high-proof neutral spirit,
orange oil, lemon oil, nutmeg oil, coriander oil,
cinnamon oil, and neroli oil. Blend the oil and ethanol
mixture.

Add 30 drops (1.5 mLs) of 7x coca-cola flavor to the
syrup.

Add vanilla extract to the syrup.

To make a drink combine 2 oz (60 mLs) Coca-Cola Syrup,
0.2 tsp (1 ml) acid Phosphate, and 10 oz (300 mLs) Soda
Water.

1 c Rolled oats
1 c Flour
1/2 c Brown sugar
2/3 c Shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 c Butter
3 tb Honey
1 tb Water
1/2 ts Baking soda

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 325?F.

Grease an 11x7" pan and set aside.

In a large bowl combine oats, flour, coconut, and brown sugar. Set
aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat stir together butter, honey, and
water until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in the
baking soda.

Add butter mixture to the rolled oats mixture and mix well.

Transfer batter to the prepared pan and press it down firmly.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and set.

Cool before cutting into 14 even bars.

Title: Creamy Spam Broccoli Casserole

Vegetable cooking spray
1 pk Elbow macaroni (7 oz.)
2 c Frozen cut broccoli, thawed
-and drained
1 cn Spam Lite, cubed (12 oz.)
1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper
2 c Skim milk
2 tb Cornstarch
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Shredded fat-free cheddar
-cheese
3/4 c Soft bread crumbs
2 ts Margarine, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2 quart casserole with vegetable
cooking spray. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
In casserole combine macaroni, broccoli, Spam and red pepper. In a
small saucepan, stir together milk, cornstarch, and pepper until
cornstarch is dissolved. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until
thickened. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese; stir until melted. Stir
sauce into Spam mixture. Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle
on top of casserole. Bake 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serves 8. Nutritional Information Per Serving: Calories 263, Protein
18, Carbohydrate 30g, Fat 8g, Cholesterol 37mg, Sodium 632mg.

Nothing specific. Mexican Coke tastes the way I remember the Coke for my
youth used to taste. But other than the containers being sized in mL vs
Oz I haven't a clew.

Title: Russian Beef Stroganoff

1 1/2 lb Chuck or round steak;
- boneless
3 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
2 tb Oil
1/2 c Onion; fine chopped
1 cl Garlic; minced
1/2 c Coca-Cola
1/4 c Water
2 tb Flour
1/2 c Water
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
4 oz Can mushrooms w/liquid
1 c Sour cream
2 tb Parsley; minced
Mashed potatoes, noodles,
- or rice; cooked and hot

Cut beef into 1/2" strips; put in a plastic bag with 3
tablespoons of flour and the salt. Shake until the meat
is evenly coated.

In a heavy skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil/shortening,
add the meat strips and brown slowly, stirring often.
Add onion, garlic, Coca-Cola, and 1/4 cup of water; mix
well. Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until the
meat is fork-tender.

In a bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons of flour with the 1/2
cup of water until smooth. Stir into the meat along with
the Worcestershire sauce and the undrained mushrooms.
Stir and cook until thickened, 2 - 3 minutes. (If making
ahead for reheating later, do not add the sour cream now.
Reheat, then complete the recipe directions.)

Stir in the sour cream and heat gently just until the
gravy simmers. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over
potatoes, noodles, or rice.

Makes 6 servings

In small bowl, blend ricotta & flour. Place in center of small
sprayed baking pan. Spread in 7" circle, mounding edges. Bake about
20 minutes at 350?F. In small bowl, combine tomato paste, oregano,
and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over crust. Top with mushrooms &
cheese. Bake about 10 minutes at 350?F.

Title: Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies^
Categories: Vegan, Grains, Fruits, Cookies, Snacks
Yield: 24 cookies

4 oz Vegan butter; room temp
1 c (packed) lt brown sugar
1/3 c Granulated sugar; (opt)
1 vegan "egg" *
1/2 c No sugar added applesauce
1 1/2 ts Pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Old fashioned oats; NOT
- quick cook oatmeal
1 c Raisins; firmly packed
1 1/2 c A-P flour
1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt

* Bob's Red <ill egg replacer (follow directions for 1
whole egg)

Set oven @ 350oF/175oC

Sift the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt, set
aside. Make the vegan egg according to the
manufacturer's instructions, set aside.

Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream the butter and
sugar(s) together. Add the vegan egg, applesauce,
vanilla extract and oatmeal. Mix to combine. Scrape down
the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add the dry ingredient
mixture and raisins. Mix just until the dough comes
together.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a small
cookie scoop to portion each cookie two to three inches
apart. Use a fork to gently press the cookies. Bake for
13 minutes. Once done, cool the cookies on a rack or
place the parchment paper, with the cookies on it,
directly on a countertop to cool. Store in an airtight
container.

Yield: 20 - 24 cookies

That's a shame. So many thiings one can do with an oven. When I lived in
the tin can I has a double-stack wall mount oven separate from the cook
top (stove). Gave that up when I ditched the redneck ranch for a *real*
house - with a more conventional stove w/oven on the bottom.

Still, it beats no oven. Have you considered a toaster" oven. Best Buy
was offering a "The bella PRO 12-in-1 6-Slice Toaster Oven + 33-qt. Air
Fryer with French Doors gives you the same deep-fried taste without the
fat! Air fry technology uses high intensity hot air to bake, brown, and
crisp your favorite fried foods with little to no oil." for U$150.

I'm hoping Santy Pants will have one fall out his sleigh this year.
Even tho I'm short on counter space.

1/2 c Sugar

and add cod. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain
carefully; pat dry with paper towels.

Place cod on foil lined broiler pan or 15" X 10" X 1"
pan. Butter generously; broil 3" to 4" from heat until
lightly browned.

Serve immediately with melted butter.

I have noticed that recipe source has a lot of MC formatted recipes. Some
of tohse were originally issued as Meal master - to each his own,said the
old woman as she kissed the cow. Bv)=

Heck Ieven registered a copy of Accu Chef (windoze ready - not DOS).

1 Elephant
Salt & pepper
2 Rabbits

Cut elephant into small bite size pieces, this should
take about 2 months.

Add enough brown gravy to cover, about half a train
tank car.

Cook over kerosene heat for about 4 weeks at 450ºF/234ºC.

This recipe should serve 3,800 people.

If more are expected, add 2 extra rabbits, do so only
if necessary as most people do not like hare in their
stew.

Title: Sweetbread Casserole
Categories: Meats, Main dish, Casseroles
Yield: 4 Servings

4 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1 c Chicken stock or stock from
Cooking the sweetbreads
1/2 c Sliced water chestnuts (opt)
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Accent
Dash of pepper
1 ts Minced parsley
1 cn (8oz) sliced mushrooms, and
The juice
2 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 c Cream
1 lb Precooked sweetbreads
1 c Fine breadcrumbs
1/4 c Grated mild cheese

Melt the butter in the top of a double boiler, add the flour, mix
carefully, and pour in the stock slowly. Add the vhestnuts, parsley,
mushrooms, and seasonings. When the sauce has thickened, beat
together the eggs and the cream, pour the sauce into the egg mixture,
and return to the double boiler. Stir constantly until thick, mix in
the sweetbreads, and pour into a buttered casserole. Mix the
breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake in a 275
F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

To Prepare Sweetbreads: Soak in cold water for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove the membranes and simmer in water for 15 minutes - to each
quart of water add 2 thin slices of lemon and 1 tsp of salt. Cool and
use in any recipe calling for sweetbreads. These precooked
sweetbreads may be prepared in quantity and frozen. Source: The Home
