Obama used a hardened, sanctioned Blackberry. Trump 45 was
seen with a Samsung S3 that I hope ran a third party OS
without Google Services -but I doubt it.

We used Blackberries for serveral years. Sometime before
2015, they switched over to a choice between Apple and
Android and phased out the last Blackberries in 2015.

Still using a BB Q10. Supports LTE, so.. the phone company is
fine with that. I don't need it for data or mms when I can
help it. Infact, the battery lasts for a really long time if
the BB is only on cellular. Simple sms doesn't need data.

Aftershock works just fine on it too.

I still own a personal blackberry that was last used as my primary phone in 2014. I don't have it handy or I would give you more specifics. I kept it because there were a few features (like the music player) that worked a lot better than on any phone I have had since.

Something else that still works better, as you pointed out, is the battery life. It still doesn't run down near as fast as the others I have had
    since.
