    Masterful Devs (smilez),

I didn't want to put this as an issue in GitHub as I'm unclear if it's related to a recent change I made, but searched GitHub and was unable to solve my curiousity.

I moved all Email commands from the main menu to their own Email menu and all works fine for regular users.

Since doing so, and possibly unrelated, the past two new users to log on to my BBS have not been required to leave new user feedback. Within the logs I don't see any message indicating they were prompted and or that they aborted. In fsed.log there is an unknown character number 330 that presents itself everytime FSED is launched, but doubt that has anything to do with it.

Is the FORCE_FBACK, when set to yes, dependent on finding any specific menu command from within the main menu? I didn't see so when searching the source.

It shouldn't be dependent on any menu structure. Unsure what's happening here. Is there a way you can reproduce it with logging in as a new user and maybe see where that error is happening?
