When playing back a TV or radio programme on the BBC website, there's a pause/play button in the middle, and either side of that a button to
step back or forward a fixed amount.
I've just noticed that it's 10 seconds for TV ("iPlayer"), and 20
seconds for radio ("SOUNDS"). Anyone know why?

of pause control with the "curls" either side - to not have been agreed
by some specifier, who I'm surprised accepted the difference.
I could guess that _maybe_ someone thought you needed longer steps for
radio, but I don't think that level of thinking-about-it is really there.

The steps require buffering somewhere and TV uses more data than radio?
