• Military targets

Israel's military has reached new levels of incompetence today. A day or
so ago they accidentally shelled a line of people queuing for water and
other supplies, this time they have accidentally shelled and pretty well destroyed a church.

I seem to recall that when the Serbs shelled civilians queuing to buy
food in Sarajevo, that was considered sufficiently barbarous to justify
the West bombing Serbia into abandoning its war with the Bosnians.

I think I've recently detected a subtle change in the attitude of our
local pastor towards Israel. He's visited israel several times, even
with with groups he's lead. In the he past never passed the opportunity
to praise Israel and the Jews -- as being blessed, and their science
banking, and art achievements, and would wind up with Paul's promises
that all Israel will be saved.

The change may perhaps be because of a video he might have seen - of
Israelis taking a procession in some city, who then took turns to spit
    in front of a church.

Now he emphasises the: Rejection of Jesus as the ticket to the exclusion
    from the kingdom of God.

But other US evangelist and republican propandists are still sticking to
their guns. I doubt their agenda was evangelism, it was just promoting bankerism and the enjoing the benefits of western bankerism and labeling
    it as blessings of God.

"Support Israel" may very well be the mark of the beast, by engaging in
which one breaks a commandment of God.

Jewish hostility to Christians is continuous, unfortunately. Some of it
is, no doubt, due to Christian hostility to Jews down the centuries, but whereas Christians have recognised their wrongs, Jews just accept
apologies as their due and see no need to change their own attitudes.

    He is not wrong.
