There are far too many of 'em.

    No doubt millions are bots.

But the ones that aren't, should come and try and walk past this in a
    straight line. https://photos.app.goo.gl/dDsDPcefLNGExxQcA

You can't. It's so dense it generates enough gravity to pull you in.

This is (I hope) the last time I have to lift that bloody flywheel onto
the crank, my back and arms can't take much more.

    Maybe start a 'flatbook' alternative?

Is that a cone clutch? If so, what are the curved bits that look like
    brake lining?

I thought the whole point of General Relativity was that curved lines
    ARE straight.

<googles> never heard of a cone clutch. No, this is a dual clutch (press
part way down to disconnect only the drive to the wheels, press all the
way down to disconnect both the drive and the PTO.

It's a clever bugger, dual friction plates and belville springs, but a nightmare to take apart, put back together, and adjust. The curved bits
are just spacers between the clutch and the flywheel, dunno why they are needed, someone cocked up measurements?
