Te encounters he experienced were entirely of his own making. He went
out every day looking for trouble and prepared to manufacture it if necessary.
Remember when a van-driver had turned the wrong way at a junction and
was trying to reverse out? Vine rode right up behind and prevented the van-driver's rectification of the situation.
A less intemperate road user (even a few chav-cyclists) would have hung
back and allowed the reversing movement. We all do exactly that in these
odd situations which sometimes arise. But not Jeremy.

"Dangerous drivers", meaning, for most chav-cyclists, "drivers who have
the temerity to exist".

Quite. I recall one of his videos of a bus turning right, across VinerCOs
path. ISTR he had about five seconds warning of this, because itrCOs hard to >> miss a big red double-decker in London with its winkers on. Anyone with
experience would have slowed slightly to give the bus time to finish the
manoeuvre but keep most of their momentum, but not Vine. He rode right up
to the side of the bus with his farty horn sounding - what was he expecting >> the bus driver to do at that point?
Vanish.
What else?
