Don't know how you afforded it. I need to visit nottingham in a few days for a meeting so thought I might go green and get the train. 160 quid for a day return! EMR are having a fucking laugh.

I shall be driving instead and spend 30-40 quid on diesel plus I can have a decent lunch at a service station instead of some rubbish sandwich from St P.

Which service station will you be attending for your decent meal? I
thought they all sold junk food now.

And better to have them at least somehow separated as

You can make a decent cold lunch out of the wares of an M&S service station outlet.

No different to the offerings of a railway station M&S though, surely?

No. The St P M&S is pretty good. TheyrCOve revamped one of the two lately, though IrCOve not had the chance to use it yet.

McD's in the end. And before you laugh they do some nice salads now along
with the usual fare which cost far less than the equivalent in M&S or
    Waitrose.

No Ice Cream for you then.

I think the nearest I have knowingly had to a junk foot is a pigs trotter. Unknowingly who knows what ends up in some burger or nugget shaped object supplied from a dubious open at 3am fast food van that allegedly is
Chicken, a whole lot of chicken feet quite possibly. But it must a few decades since I visited such a place .
