    TV broadcasters would almost never say

    [... and there're 2 outs]

    while some may say

    [... and there're now 2 outs]

    Short for "there is", it seems incorrect here because
    "2 outs" is not a single thing. However, in English
    by English speakers, it's simply easier to say.

    TV broadcasters would almost never say

    [... and there're 2 outs]

    while some may say

    [... and there're now 2 outs]
