    But it's difficult to see which team is supposed to be the contender from today's game.

    Both of us have given Man United the fifth-highest
    SophCon probability of winning the title, just saying.
    (IrCOve been less bullish than you though, 8%?)

    But on a more general note, it used to be unthinkable
    for Arsenal to go to Old Trafford, play badly, and still
    win.

    I don't do the SophCon thing but I'd give any team other
    than Liverpool or Manchester City a low percentage of winning
    the Premier League title. I just can't see anyone outside of
    those two being contenders this season.

    It was a strange game.

    A poor Arsenal performance ended in victory.

    A good Man United performance ended in defeat.

    That's football.
