So, I installed the trial version of Agent a few weeks ago, and being
a good law-abiding citizen, I tried to upgrade to the paid version. I
clicked on the "Buy Now" button, and got a "This Form is Disabled"
message. Sent an email to the Support Team, and got this reply:

"We are unable to accept purchases for Agent at present, so here is a
key for a free copy of Agent 8."

I now have a fully functional version of Agent installed on my
computer. Good news is that I saved a few bucks, not so good news is
what this says about the future viability of Forte as a company...
