• EURO Club Cup Final R

You may remember earlier this Summer, we had the World Club Cup, which
was a nice distraction, kinda amateur affair, with teams from New
Zealand and USA and Argentina, hardly a REAL cup.

But now we have the real deal, the EURO club Cup, far more prestigious
    than the World trophy.

Spurs lead PSG 1-0 at the half and actually ended the half the better
team and almost made it 2-0. I get the feeling PSG reached the pinnacle
when they beat Real Madrid 4-0.

If they were playing this game on the Iceberg, it would be underwater,
it has been sooo hot this summer that the Iceberg has melted, it is
kinda like Venice now here, which is kind of appropriate since this
match is apparently being played in Udine-which is kinda close to
Venice, actually kinda close to a place I use to spend on holiday as a kid.

It looks like some of them try so hard to be clever with
their fancy run-ups they forget the most important thing -
    getting their kick on target.

Interesting thread here on how goalkeepers have turned kickers'
    stutter-step technique to their advantage.

Now, if you want to keep the goalie off-balance you need to also
    randomize between a keeper-dependent and keeper-independent kicking
    strategy.
